This one is the best paint finish that Lionel ever made on trains. This is similar paint to what they use on NASCAR cars in liquid color. I have all 3 locos since they started making them, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Waiting on 2024 to come in soon. I may be looking to sell them all to a collector for the right price. I never even opened them, they are still in the box. There is one from 2021 on ebay now for $10,000. Crazy, considering it was only $1,499 when came out. Do you guys think they will still go up in price? Very few of them ever go up like this. Is this because this line is exclusive to online buyers like us and not to dealers? Just wanted your opinion. Thanks.

Congratulations At the time I was working too much. I couldn't get time to get on the internet to buy it.And whenever I did they were all sold out and then one that popped up on eBay.Not so long ago was only put up for sale for 10 minutes and it sold for $6,000.00 This is just another one that I'm going to have to chalk app to the books and see.I'm never gonna be able to get one because it's never gonna come up on the second handmarket. For any sort of reasonable price. But congratulations to you though.

There is one on ebay now from 2021 and it is only $10,000, lol. It's the first one in the collection. And it probably will be sold soon. You should get it now because most likely they will not show up on ebay anymore and you will have to look for them in private auctions. That is where most likely I will be selling all 3 of mine.

I like it better when I seen the tender with it. Having said that the metallic blue on the tender looks a little bit different compared to locomotive. But I do like it. Those passenger cars look good with it. It’s definitely going to be a high price collectible someday.
