The GOP needs to get boots on the ground RIGHT NOW, in PA, MI, WI, and GA... Lawyer up and start filing suits (especially in MI and PA) and have ballot box "dumps" monitoring. The fact that Trump is only up by 4 in Georgia is somewhat worrisome. It shouldn't be that close.

Have you been to Atlanta? The ALT metro is 6 million which dominates the state. Everyone else in the south thinks Georgia isn't a real southern state because of Atlanta. While the suburbs are pretty purple, the urban core is super lefty. Rural GA is a mix of conservative farmers and everyone else on welfare - with the occasional military base.

To be fair, I haven't accepted Trump as my personal Lord and Savior - so I'm probably a heretic to many here. But, Trump had 4 years. When he entered the White House - the country was deeply divided - and it was worse when he left. I'm still waiting for the swamp to be drained. Trump added more to the national debt that _all_ before him - only to be surpassed by Biden. You can certainly make the augment that Trump may be a _lesser evil_ but America's savior he is not.

The story with the rust belt needs to be pointed out: Polling there is notoriously bad and leans heavily towards the democrat candidate. Notice that polling in 2016 had Clinton winning the state by a solid 8 points. Occam's razor applies here... Either every state across the country has shifted anywhere from 6 to 12 points in favor of Trump with the exception of the three states where the demographics are most likely to vote for him, where for some great mystery the numbers simply haven't budged in four years... or the polling there is crap and Trump is leading in those states by closer to 6-8 points instead of 0-2.

I still think his electoral ceiling is around 347 votes. Any more than that, and we are probably in a dynamic where nearly every state has shifted far enough to make a 50 state sweep possible, which I don’t think is ever in the cards for Trump (could be wrong! Hope so). I think Trump has a legit chance in every state that has a Cook Pvi of D+5 and under. So like Colorado, New Mexico, New Hampshire, Maine, Minnesota, or Virginia could absolutely be in play. But states like Oregon, Washington, Rhode Island, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, or Illinois are pretty much unreachable.
