@@SOUTHERN-PACIFIC-4449 man, you live in North Carolina, the wild clay capital of the world. I don’t know what I can tell you to help but there has to be clay around you somewhere. Maybe you can ask some local potters if they can share a location with you.

This looks like alot of fun. Such a fun hobby :) Even the flint napping tangent. Something I also have tried and learned on KZbin. It has been alot of fun watching this channel grow. Even more fun watching the 'reverberations' it has created among its viewers. Thanks Andy.

Wow, how cool! So many people were there, lots of neat pots too! Just awesome. Interesting mixed results with your reduction firing. It was a large hot fire it looked like!
@AncientPottery2 ай бұрын
Yes it was a lot of fun. I think I shouldn't have stacked that firing the way I did, I have only fired one or two pots together this way and I was out of my element trying to fire so many pieces. But I have ideas about trying this again soon.

I started with the William Tell Overture just because I wanted that cartoon morning song, but the more I looked at that music the more of it seemed to fit the mood of that day. Glad you liked it.
