Same interior space and monitor Land same exterior except for front grill which is not good . Same engine system , yes where is hybrid max set up like grand Highlander , this type S has turbo plus direct injection which eventually will cause carbon build up equall to costly maintenance. $80,000 not worth it . Don’t get me wrong nice car but cost out weight practically of purchase . I Been surfing through site and saw bmw, Benz yes they are not reliable but the feature they install is crazy nice .

@@HelloRoad hopefully they do a complete redesign then. Vehicles that aren’t made to be hybrid, but then modified hybrid just aren’t the same. I can’t comprehend how they would even make this and not be a hybrid. The launch addition should’ve been a plug-in hybrid. There should’ve been rumors of an electric model coming next year. Non-hybrid engine shouldn’t even be offered. This vehicle is not for educated people.

The Type S is certainly pricey for an MDX. But as a whole an MDX is going to be cheaper than an X5. The BMW runs from $67-92k. MDX is $52-77k. MDX often used to outsell the X5 but it does seem the MDX needs a refresh to catch back up.
