Due to my attending survival school (SEARS) at Fairchild AFB I have an aversion to the area but it was absolutely beautiful!

Great episode! Whats your thoughts on a personal brand channel something Alssya has built or something more branded like the guy you had on from KC (the hype man or something lol) or the Orlando Real?

Thanks for watching! Any personal brand channel like those have the same mission statement: targeting your local audience/being the go-to source for local information. The way all three of them go about it is just slightly different. Kyle doing more headline posts, Alyssa doing videos, and Orlando Real doing a mix of both. I think all three of them are definitely worth taking inspiration from and you can go about it either way. If you're just starting out creating a personal brand/hyperlocal type channel doing some videos with your face are essential just so the audience has an idea who they're watching and can get familiar with you.

What Ken is doing with the Orlando Reel is SO advanced. He also has an entire team on salary to run that. For 99.9% of agents, doing it like Alyssa is the better route.
