I get 16mpg hwy in my 2016 G550 with a biturbo 416hp/450tq. 3 more mpg's with a 6 cylinder turbo hybrid assisted... No. Also, by adding more video game technology with a big bright flat-screen dash glaring in your eyes at night, with the tremendous interior window glare on the extremely flat windows....No. More sensors, electronics, and computer shyte distracting the actual experience of driving skillfully 'in real life'. Defeats the purpose. Buy a video game. Lastly, what is the one thing that destroys electronics? Weather. Or the elements. Rain, dust, mud, snow, ice, sand, oatmeal...? Wasn't the G Wagon designed for going into the elements and coming out of the other end with less concerns of electrical issues? Booooo Mercedes.
