The 21 Power Levels of Armwrestling Explained - Where do you Rank?

How much stronger than you are the Elite Armwrestlers? As a Beginner, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a world champion, an entry level pro or even a very strong amateur. They would all feel like a stonewall to you, which is why I've made this video. There are numerous levels to the sport of Armwrestling, so this might put things into perspective a bit. This ranking system is based on my personal experience, match results and a lot of speculation. There is no need to be offended if you don't agree. Now let's get back to training.

Devon + stem cells vs Levan ? I wonder if he can win, he did beat Ermes 6-0 , so you would expect him to be better than 2-4 vs Levan! Hmmmm

It's possible that he thinks Devon has less "power" than Ermes. If this was a skill teir list though, he would lose all credibility if Devon wasn't #1

@@DisasterRasta His Dad is also a good arm wrestler so when Ermes was a teenager he would spar with him and learn techniques but his only training was table time and he didn't do it very much and it was more of just an activity he did with his dad. Hahaha honestly I love this scale, it’s so damn appropriate 😂. I think athletes, based off their weight category. Should be split into two sub categories of Athletecism and Skill. These two categories have 4 levels: novice, amateur, pro and elite Athletecism is comprised of: -strength -endurance -stamina -flexibility -mobility -agility -speed Skill: -experience -training time (muscle memory) -understanding of the sport So you can essentially have guys with pro level Athletecism yet novice level skill. Keep in mind for a competitive strength sport like arm wrestling, the amount of skill you can display is bottlenecked/limited by the strength variable you have. You may be super skilled but if the other guy is too strong it won’t matter how skilled you are. So there are definitely levels to this.

Some people have a natural propensity at firing certain muscles compared to other people. That coupled with BIGGER joints and hands, differentiates a normal person from an abnormal. If you anatomically looked at Levan's physique, you'd see he shares similarities with Worlds Strongest Men competitors. He has massive joints/hands and has better muscle fibre enhancement.

I believe there are theoretically possible levels way above even Levan. Just imagine a natural giant like Andre the Giant with giant bone structure and hands, perhaps even make him a bit bigger and robust to max out that stat. Then give him that defect Oleg Zhok got from birth with the condition Jeff Dabe has. Then make him take all the best PEDs for 10 years with optimal armwrestling training and optimal diet. What you would get is something straight out of a comic book. Weirdly shaped hands the size of a man's torso with forearms the size of the biggest bodybuilder's leg. He would be so many power leves above anything we ever seem. Even taking a guy very similar to Andre the Giant would be interesting to see for the sport.
