Awesome work man 💪🏻 I’ve seen you pull at Vermont states and field days and you’re a beast! I’m hoping to make it to both of those events this year, maybe I can get a practice pull with ya.

how many days rest between this training session before you do it again?
@garretttupper71383 күн бұрын
@@1-0-v6d My training schedule right now I do light to medium weights every day on rising cupping pronation and supination only 3 stets of 12/15 for blood flow then I practice with my team hard on Wednesday. Saturday I will lift heavy and try to max out on one of my lifts early in the workout then do heavy weights for 6-8 reps after I max out. I will only max out on one specific lift every week so if I max out on back pressure on week 1 I will max out on a different lift like side pressure the next week I kinda train like Todd Hutchings and Devon Larrett also mixed with my own style. Todd Hutchings has a great channel showing you how to get stronger. But when I would go heavy multiple times a week I started getting injury’s so definitely listen to your body.

Do you track caloric/protein intake?
@garretttupper7138Ай бұрын
@@justinchan1127 yes I try to get around 1gram of protein per pound that I weigh and I eat about 3500 calories a day but when I cut I eat 2000 calories a day with barely any sugar or carbs
