@@kjlv777 a queen will fit but you will be limited on space for the rest of the area. I’ve seen someone with a king size before but they had no other space.

Hey James? Could you please please let me know if rift raft hang out here and if it’s safe? Are there bed bugs? Etc? I’ve read so many negative things, but it’s in my price range and I know I’d be able to make the best out of the space. Is it ridiculously noisy?

@@traviswesser8086 thanks for watching. There is riff raff around the downtown area but that is normal as in any city. Just be aware that living downtown is different than the burbs. I’ve been here going on 5 years and have never felt unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend an apartment on the first floor tho for that reason. If people get bed bugs it is usually because they bring them with them. I’ve never had an issue. You will see an occasional roach but again that is because it is downtown. The management treats for roaches weekly to make sure it doesn’t become a problem. The negative things you read are usually disgruntled tenants that got evicted for one reason or another. I plan on staying here for more years to come. Be sure to mention my name tho when you inquire. It will get me a rent discount. lol. James Willis

@@traviswesser8086 oh and the noise isn’t bad at all. If you have an apartment on the outside part of the building you will hear some traffic. Especially if you are on the Stewart or Odgen Ave side but it actually helps put me to sleep. I am on the Stewart Ave side.
