That's due to the original GBA's non-backlit screen, and the brighter colors made it easier to see. Now that we have the GBA SP AGS-101, Micro, and DS Lite the washed out colors are pointless. Luckily they have ROM patches to fix the colors and restore them to their SNES look.

@@pilopet1150 I'm pretty sure you would download a car if you could. Plus, not that it makes it right, but many game boy games brand new could cost a lot of money. I say it's ok to download a game that's not easily available legally elsewhere. For example, it would be ok to download Lady Sia or to use a more well-known example, Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge, but not to download Super Mario Advance because you can get that on the Wii U shop. Although it may not be very easy to get a Wii U now, but I'm sure GBA games will be on Switch eventually.

I love Golden Sun the most, no not just love it ADORE IT. It made me fall in love with JRPGs, the djinn system allows for an interesting, the memorable characters, the kickass music. One of my favorite games of all time near Zelda and Smash Bros. Really hope Isaac gets to join the Smash roster one day and Golden Sun gets a fourth installment

This is actually a really good list: short and sweet. I don't agree with the placement of everything and was even surprised by things like Mario Golf, but s'cool. In fact the main change I would make? Top 25 Game Boy Advance Games & Series, or Top 25+ Game Boy Advance Games, and just go ahead and take marginal amount of extra time to shout out all the games in a series as a single entry. Go ahead and mention if some aren't good, stating they don't make the list, but you did double dip on a few of them, while others already mentioned how good they were... so just go with it! That was part of the beauty of the GBA: you often didn't just have a handheld with great pseudo-classic games, but often entire series! :D

The Megaman Zero saga is my number 1 by far

I wish I had this list back in the day. Such an amazing but slightly overwhelming library. I wanna play Advance Wars, Golden Sun, Mega Man Zero, Superstar Saga. I did play stuff like Mario vs DK, Pokemon and Mario Kart and I've also played Metroid: Zero Mission, Minish Cap and Wario Ware lately through Virtual Console. So many games, such little time.

4:59 thats something alot of people need to understand about advanced 2. Plus we got a playable luigi(he controlls like he does in mario 2 not just a green mario like in the snes versions) and taking a hit with a fire flower or cape doesnt bring you back to small mario it just makes you super mario. That may not sound like a big deal but it just feels alot better like that then thw oringal and aside from 1 video no one has ever brought that up when talking about advanced 2.

+Stuff148 except it doesn't have multiple class evolutions, and it doesn't have shops on pre-battle windows/map. story and character development are still cool thou, probably even better managed than those in Binding Blade.
