For those who are curious the price for something like this, it's about 69k. There is a huge price range for these homes from 8k to upwards of 150k depending on size and amenities if you purchase a prefabricated home.

I went to their website, the starting price for any tiny home is $134,000. Now, they are apparently a Canadian company, so the price might imply Canadian dollars, but that won't make it much cheaper in US dollars.

This place is all the way past Washington. They have no pricing but when they ask how much you can spend the lowest price it lets you set it to is 750k
