My advice to other traders out there reading the comments, ignore people telling you to trade this with other indicators and divergence etc, just trade it as instructed and you'll be profitable! Just make sure you use a favorable Risk vs Reward. More indicators = more noise..

Let's say I have 2 or 3 trades open at the same time and I can cash out for my daily profit amount before they've hit their targets I'll close all positions and shut down my platform for the day. I've learnt through the years not to be greedy and this method works like a charm for me, I'm done within an hour most days.

Keep in mind that "breakeven" when scalping does not mean your entry price. You have to have a small spread to do this correctly. For instance, 0.5 - 0.8 pips is about what you will get in the US. In order to get this it would require a commissions account. Most fee in the US for commission trading in Forex is about $5 per lot. Make sure you are covering that or you will dwindle away your account.

Today I am incorporating MACD as well with alerts to look at the chart. For example if price is below all the EMA lines and a MACD down alett hits, I short. If a MACD crosses up and I'm still under all EMAs it could be a good exit point, but do not long. If it crosses up, I'm going to wait until price is above the EMAs, 45 degrees, parallel I'll go long. Basically using it as confirmation of what I should do. Up $358 right now in a few mins

I've try this strategy for a weeks now n using dema instead of ema. It works well. Just need to discipline with ur s.l n b.e. 40% will hit your b.e. n no stop loss yet in a week trial. 20% sniper entry (50+ pips). My conclusion on this method : it will take ur b.e. but if the timing is good ur riding first train. Hope tsm will add best volume indicator n test it for us. (Tested on gold )

There is nothing to understand: 1. there is an open price 2. price moves to new highs or lows 3. price reverses from new highs or lows That is the only thing that price can do. Will the next candle be red or green? you don't know, you can't know, but if you always trade in one direction then you can't be tossed around in congestion or paralyzed by analysis: eg you are short because you always go short, no other reason is needed. There are so many charts, find one that is slanted in your direction and just keep shaking those ankles until the change falls out.

It works very well but only on limited days when the market is clearly trending. The Risk-Reward can be great at times and sometimes a small SL. Overall I would suggest, forward test it, maybe paper trade and see on which days to apply because if you start applying this every day you'll lose a lot

Thanks for your time in making these.. Quick question regarding risk management - what kind of lot size to balance ratio would you use? Going too small will be time consuming, while going too big will have its inherent risks. Would I be right in assuming that you would use larger lot sizes that you would for swing trades?
