Hello, I have a question related to a problem that I'm facing now with my DTG printer, Epson Stylus R1390. When I do nozzle check or when I print an image, the red color comes out mixed with the blue color. I don't understand where is the problem, and how should I fix it.

Hi Kriz Kroz. Difficult to say from the distance. If you only see this on dark T-Shirts, maybe it's your pretreatment process?

Was the image originally created af 300 dpi from the get go? If not, you need to find out what the original dpi is.

Hello is the process of printing on colorful garments the same as printing on black garments?
@DTGMerch3 жыл бұрын
Yes. First the white underbase, then colors on top.

My prints are scratching off after I cure them, what could be making them do that?
@DTGMerch3 жыл бұрын
I would guess that they are not properly cured. Maybe wrong time or temperature.

is it possible to print with only 2 print heads

Usually you need one per color. :)

Absolutely true! Easy to fix, but unfortunately something that many beginners are not aware of for the first prints! :-)
