Hey, Victor! I found your video to be super motivational. I tend to overanalyze things, and get stuck in the analysis paralysis problem, next time I'll try and use your 3 second rule!

That’s great to hear Ivan! Yeah it’s completely normal and all of us can get to overthinking sometimes. Wish you luck with the countdown

The Steve-O method! Haha that's awesome man. Whenever Steveo does a big risky or scary stunt, he uses the same method and has never backed out from it. I love that this video has a lot to do with overriding your fears. If there is one discipline where there are athletes that do this constantly, it's skateboarding. As anxious, scared, or nervous they could be, they just got for it. 🌎🔥⚡ Great video bro as always

Thanks Johnny, funnily enough I actually also heard it from Steve-O 😂. For sure, if you're able to override your fears, you can do anything

Love your real well made videos and oh, your attitude! I recognize myself from these videos, I've been such a challenge seeker myself. Though, what has been the most demanding yet the most rewarding challenge has been to complete a year long meditation curriculum The Steps to Knowledge (Marshall Summers). It has taught me the level of commitment I couldn't even imagine but it feels I always searched for it. Maybe you want to challenge yourself even further. The book is free online. ;D

Thank you! That's awesome to hear and I appreciate it. Meditation is something I definitely want to try - especially the 10 day meditation retreat called Vipassana
