I feel like editors tried to portray Shirin more positively to make Will look like the bully in that incident. Not defending what Will said. But you can have both “Shirin is annoying” and “Will went too far”, both of those things can be true

Nah, I don't think they made Shirin look good. I think that last part of your post was the case tho. Shirin was portrayed as annoying (because she was-- I think) and Will is a disgraceful being of a thing. I mean, the editors didn'y portray Shirin "positively" in the instance AT ALL. They just showed Will being a horrible species of a cell-- and the rest just happened. Meaning Will was so awful and his gravity of stupidity is so toxic that everything else just eemed less bad and Shirin portrayed "positively."

I have to admit Shirin left a bad taste in my mouth from pre-season, when she gleefully talked about killing and skinning a rabbit "just to see what it was like". Even if I hadn't seen the scenes and heard things, I think I would have gotten Shirin being awful to everyone from just episodes alone. I mean, when out of 2 entire casts the ONLY people who got along with her were Max and kind of Spencer...? Yeah, that tells you something.

Dan is a master of not putting his foot in his mouth, but unhinging his jaw and swallowing his enitre leg. He actually seems like a decent enough guy, but one who never thinks before they talk, and has a knack for saying things without at all trying to be mean that just comes off as insulting. Its his reaction to having people be unexpectedly mad at him that gets him in the most trouble I think.

It depends on what people value in a survivor season. If you're looking for good gameplay, good strategic moves, and likeable people, then this season does kind of suck. But if you want a messy season and lots of drama then this is a top tier season lol.

It doesn't, but I think it makes what Will said a little more understandable. They didn't show everything Shirin said to Will, yet they showed everything Will said to Shirin, and I heard she said some pretty messed up stuff. That might explain why we didn't see anybody defend her except Mike. The edit basically made Shirin look like the good guy. I'm not saying Shirin deserved Will yelling at her, but she's also not as innocent as the edit made her seem.

Shirin at FTC was the first time in Survivor where I had to just skip over the scene. Her verbal diarrhea and stirring up drama was unbearable, and I can't believe fans voted for her to be on Second Chance. I've watched season 36 (Game Changers) first, then I had to go back to season 30 just to understand how Sierra and Hali became Game Changers? anyway, what I loved about this season is that Mike was able to survive all the challenges during the merge and tribal council were he's always the target and Jenn's speech at the final tribal council wherein he defended Mike about some Jury who are bitter. PS. Reunion is one of my favorite parts of the show just to get to know the players further after the game, how is their life after etc.... unfortunately, Jeff always rushed it like he could have the second chance players to be revealed on the other segment. He's always reminding everyone we are running out of time blah blah blah....... anyway, Love Probst for this amazing adventure of a lifetime❤

In regards to the Season 30: Ghost Island with 30 people: The Dutch series of Survivor (Expeditie Robinson) had a season with 100 people (the 2007 season). I believe it had the most people ever for Survivor.

“The Dutch series of survivor” The US show, is the US version of the Swedish show (expedition Robinson), it’s not even Dutch, Big Brother was copied from a Dutch show if that’s where you’re getting confused. From fruit not growing as abundant, to fish not even coming to the shallow water during hightide. In my heart it was always be a top 10 season. This is the First season I ever sat down to watch myself and fell IN LOVE with the goofy cast. I love Jenn and Rodney is hilarious and I even like watching Shirin.
