I guess after all that mocking and bad reactions from The Emoji Movie Sony just hide inside his basement to hide his shame. But as he spent time in there he continued to feel sorry for himself because he became a laughing stock. But he realized that all that mocking only made him stronger he wanted to prove to the world that he his not a failure and is just as good as any animation company out there. So he found a secret weapon, a Miles Morales comic book. He decided to adapt it into a full length feature and now everyone has forgiven him

Sony Pictures Animation deserves this by a landslide. Bumblebee was really good, but it might or might not be enough to redeem the existence of the rest of the transformers movies. Green Book was good, but it doesn't redeem Peter Farrelly. He'll need to keep up the good work a couple more times. Tyler Perry and Melissa McCarthy are no where near redemption, but they might reach it someday. I think Melissa McCarthy has a better chance of reaching that point. I think that redeeming a franchise is significantly harder than redeeming a studio. A movie exists within the context of the other movies in it's franchise, but a movie is independent of the rest of the movies a studio makes.
