Kappas Kappopoulos how can you say dips are better when they work a different muscle group, you can do dips to hit the chest but you can’t do dips to hit the chest and triceps at the same time.

The "blue tank top guy" is incredibly brave. He puts himself in various "dangerous" positions to show us the "do not do this" aspects of lifting. By the way, he has an amazing physique...despite all his "mistakes!" Please pass on my respect!

T I'm 60, so kind of an old guy, and don't do much heavy lifting any more but I do all of the exercises mentioned and would add is hanging from a pull-up bar and raising your legs out in front of you, first to the left then to the right. For me, it seems to help my core and obliques.

@marksmith2806
@marksmith2806 4 жыл бұрын
Vp Football Deadlifts are not arm exercise. Wtf are you talking about? Your arms are supposed to be straight all time, biceps has zero activation when arms are straight. Only way to “target” your biceps during deadlifts is to bend your arms which is wrong form and which is extremly dangerous because of bicep tear. If you activate your biceps when you deadlift, then you’re doing deadlifts wrong.
