Seeing how the “killer crossover” is more feet based than hands based, as you said at the beginning of the video, would it be worthwhile to do the footwork with other types of movements like behind the back and cross in order to add more ingredients?

Sorry coach(this is not a question about this video but about shooting):l heard that l should have my shoulders leaned back when shooting and l noticed that almost every nba player does it.l dont understand if this is right or wrong because l have tryed it and it doesnt work for me because l miss strenght and balance doing it

Let’s say you are a really good shooter: not exceptionally quick or athletic, and they often play a smaller, quicker athlete on you. He crowds you and takes your space. Obviously, you want to develop all four options, but the last one would really be essential, right?
