This video and others on KZbin are deliberately misleading. Note that they all begin the sentence in the negative (I do not, not, not). This is wrong. These ideals should always be stated in the positive. The reason for this is positive affirmations in your subconscious. Your subconscious manifests the programming you put into it and this video seeks to coerce you to recite negative things. The 42 ideals of Ma'at are: 1. I honor virtue 2. I benefit with gratitude 3. Positive affirmations in the morning. Negative affirmations in the evening. You repeat them. The purpose is to say what you will not sto in the morning. Then in the evening review how you did. Also, from what i understand (always do your own research) the negative affirmations are an end of life thing. That is in death you attest to maat and are weighed according to her laws.

All these are within the human limited physical perception. The Egyptians descended from Mesopotamia into northeastern Africa. They employed and in some cases enslaved other Mesopotamians, southern Europeans, and Africans especially from Nubia. Those who did that are the true Egyptians from Mesopotamia as I stated earlier. I speak of Egyptians as an ethnicity. The Nubians are not Egyptians ethnically speaking. They lived in the southern part of the land but that is all.
