Same. His edits cut out a very value step that resets the pistons after the test mid way. I'm gonna try it again without the test. Would be so much better tutorial without all the edits. I'd rather watch a hour long tutorial that will work when finished, rather than an edited down version that doesnt.

@@godoncaffeine it worked at PE or BE with little modification at hopper, i didn't use hopper as well, and i change it with 2 lever (indoor and outdoor) that connected with redstone at that video 8:35 Sorry, I can't write in English very well

this worked fir me and i copied it step for step, including the lock with the shovel, but it still only works like 1/3 time and a random piston will get put into the door. I am on a realm so it may be a lag thing but do you have any suggestions?

hi i built this in my world and for some reason when i try to open the door it will completely work except for the left double piston extender which for some reason activates twice which pushes out the piston that retracts the door block and it leaves a block in the middle. can you explain why?

@@TomcoMC still works to this day, i just built it for the first time and it worked well, i have a secret bunker behind a painting which is up ontop of my bed frame which is in my basement. Go behind the frame and it’s a long hallway which leads to a minecraft pc and some armour stands decked out in armor that i cased up with glass that i pushed into the stands with pistons. But along the long hallway is a 4x4 indent which i’m going to make a super secure bunker from the door you just made me built bc it looked so awesome. Works perfectly and god bless❤️

On the repeater side of the door, when ever I open the door two of the middle iron blocks don’t go back. Otherwise everything is fine.

omg that would be insane. Like there would be about 10x the amount of work. Gotta think about the sticky pistons needed to push the blocks flush to the wall but then on the other side of the wall they would be sticking out, so another set of sticky pistons to take those completely out of the picture would probably be a set of chained pistons (back to back to back.) But then you gotta think of all the red stone and observators repeaters, jeez lol. Brain hurts now. I’m not even good with red stone yk

If your buttons don't work it's because your hoppers are not facing the right direction. They should be mirroring each other.

Next time you make a tutorial PLEASE make sure you tell the viewers how deep it is so they don’t have to destroy their build, and then rebuild it somewhere else because it was to deep. (It went below the minimum build limit on the super flat I was building it on) Other than that, great job!

@@TomcoMCi am going to like it because it is a proper one because some videos what i found have title 4x4 Piston door [Tutorial] but when i look at to those vids. They used the slimeblock and honeyblock to pull the doors But that particular door called as a 4x4 Slimeblock-Honeyblock piston door. From a tons a tons of vids. I found this that i tought it use the same new concept but then i look at this video i see the hope that the seamless version will not left behind. and i look at some youtuber uses the concept of Slimeblock & Honeyblock from the easy 3x3 Piston door to 6x6 Piston door But if i look on their channels I didn't see any evidence that they made an original version. That is the Reason why i like that build.
