This Relay software sounds like a great solution for my small business. Is it an actual bank account? We use Chase Bank for our business bank account. Would relay transfer everything into my Chase accounts? Or does it hold our money inside its own system? Thank you

Great question, it acts as an actual bank account so yes you could use it instead of Chase.
