I'm a beginner who is "teaching" myself via YT videos. Most others don't talk about this. These motion techniques are very important and I wish I had started here first. Now I'm having to break some bad habits. For other beginners, there will be a point when it is hard to progress without understanding these techniques, applying them early is the best option. I wish there was a harness/brace to wear to help keep the correct posture.
