@FitnessFAQs Hi. i was woundering: the exercise at 5:27, is it more for the outside part of the biceps or both? also, how do you write the name of the exercise correctly, please?

Straightening the arms with dumbbell curls. The preacher curls with light weight full arm extension is mad tension on the ligaments of the elbow. It does kinda make sense doesn't it :P tricep tendons is overhead that's why some peoples elbows hurt from overhead tricep extensions, there is more pressure on the joints.

Bro look up overspeed eccentrics . They really helped with my chronic elbow pain from straight arm work .
Is it better to do both arms at the same time or one arm at a time

If your looking to increase your archer reps then go with dips and strict press ups to isolate your tricep.

Hey Daniel, Great content as per usual (and nice pun too). If you could, maybe in a future vid, please address the medial head of the tricep - with example exercises from each training mode as you have done here (supinated grip instead of a neutral grip in the kick back position...for those reading and wanting to add it to their routine...) I feel that most people training don't train it at all, or very little if so regarding isolation movements; with most focus going on the long and lateral heads. Would be much appreciated 👍

I'm wondering to add like 2 sets of these exercises about ~15 reps with a light rubber band for conditioning. What do you think which is better - Adding to my warm up - Or doing after my upper body workout ❓
@iliyan-kulishev4 жыл бұрын
With regards to kickbacks (the last part) you can do exactly the same movement on rings. Unlike pelican curls, now it's your back facing the ground. You keep the elbows at body level or behind the back, but you don't let the arm extend in front of you. That's how the long head of the tricep is engaged just like with th dumbbell version. And from there you extend at the elbow for reps. The stronger you become the forward you can move the feet.

Great video as always! Just a question, how do you deal with setting up gymnastic rings to avoid imbalances? I've always found the slightest difference in strap length bothers me. For example, if I'm doing a ring row and the left strap is shorter, I feel only the left side of my back working; if I adjust it so the right strap is shorter, my right side works more than my left side.

I have a wrist issue in my right hand. I can’t do a regular push up anymore. I have to do fist push ups now and basically find alternatives to exercises that I used to do with my wrist flexing back. Am I forever done with calisthenics or is there a comeback? What modified exercises can I do besides the fist push ups?

Just a quick question, i always train with full range of motion but i have hypermobility syn. Do you recommend going for full range of motion or should i reduce the range closer to what a normal exercise would look like? Also right bicep is sometimes ticking or full range close to the joint is that the tendon?

Haha bro that's genetics 😅
@kaineglisson3654 жыл бұрын
I would have to say, its more than genetics, and more than just exercises! Vascularity is all about nutrition! Eat a more consitent and healthy blend(along with a good workout routine) and youll see the bodyfat drop and viens pop! im no expert though. So do some independant research.
@bighands964 жыл бұрын
@@kaineglisson365 its not about nutrition bro, it's all about low bf, you drop your bf below 12% it's guaranteed veins on some parts of the body if have good genetics for them but some people may not see it even with lower bf than that
@kaineglisson3654 жыл бұрын
@@bighands96 Great, I can agree with the bodyfat part. (IDK where you got the % from, regardless)But how do we drop bodyfat? By a stable nutrition! If you've not got a stable nutrition plan then the average person will never see year-round overall vascular body. Just from how I have seen my people get more vascular atleast. Works every time.
@bighands964 жыл бұрын
@@kaineglisson365 the lowest bf a person can be without being a serious athtlete i think is between 12% which is pretty jacked for natural guys(most people get bullshitted by youtubers who claim to be below 10% when for fact they are 10% or higher)

@tobxmachina4 жыл бұрын
This declined curl never works for me. I always get some minor elbow injuries from doing it. And the triceps activation when doing kickbacks is way too strong. I don't think it is very safe. Maybe it can be a good warmup with no weights to get a nice mind-muscle connection.
