I think when people make glams and call them basic, it’s because the games choice of equipment can’t meet the level of intricacies the player wants, so it’s only basic because they envision something more complex. That’s why if you ever get art of your character you can specify those little details you envisioned originally. Or maybe I’m just being dumb XD

Honestly I have seen some really freaking cool glams on other jobs like fending or some like phys dps, but im not familiar with many of the glam choices because I basically never play anything but healer. So I do feel a little limited at times xD

@@thegidzor8612 I actually looked through some of the maiming stuff on mobo and thought it looked so awesome... after 6.2 drops and we get more glam slots I could possible play with maiming glams since I maxed reaper. Sometimes maiming and fending sets look the same too xD but not always haha. Fending is super hit and miss. There's some really awesome stuff like the omega shit but then there's stuff that looks too much like heavy plate armor and you know i still gotta look sexy c;

I really love your glams. I don't know why someone would call them basic, you have a very unique style. Like you use common pieces (common as in stuff that is not hard to get or too expensive) and put your personality there. You should do some sort of glam contest or a fashion show! Also been using that Nezha glam for a while, I forgot it was you I copied it from haha

@@Aitherea Is really nice! Though I had to adapt it for RPR, which is my main, using the garo event shorts. And I don't have the boots so I'm using the Adept Boots! But the rest is the same :) Is still your glam in spirit since it is the same concept.

Cute glams! I really like the rdm one, the cut outs on the shorts really pulls the outfit together imo ^^ Another substitute could be the Eden savage gloves that Gaia has in case anyone isn't a Miqo'te. I swear Miqo'te have some nice starting glam options! Looking at you hempen top 👀 I literally got a mod for that top on my male Viera because I love it that much lol

I realize this video is a bit older but I just started playing FFXIV again and I want to work on building up my glam wardrobe. On the Gown of Light outfit, what is the actual name of the bottoms so I can start looking for them?

There's an eorzea collection link in the description, if you click on it, it shows the entire outfit and each piece will hot link you to a page with info about it. That said, it is lvl 60 whm artifact gear called Antiquated Orison Skirt.

Doesn't have a name, it's just one of the basic hairs you can choose for cat girls. Same is true of the au ra hair in the screenshot at the beginning of the section.

where do you get the pizza :0 🍕 Anyways I've only recently branched out my glams since I'm a whitemage main and don't have my other jobs maxed out. I've had a whitemage glam for each expansion all blue of course 💙 that I'd wear for the full time. THIS time however since endwalker past the msq is all about a new adventure I now wear a more "Adventurer outfit" but I have three variants, I got one for normal temp areas, a summer outfit, and a winter outfit. I also got a raincoat for when it rains. EDIT OH I love your Nezha outfit 💙 very cute :)

@@NotTheWheel you can. I would =P I honestly hate the limited time events becuase they usually cater to one area in a region... for example, people in CA couldnt get the pizza emote because they lived in the wrong country despite being in the same server region :c

In WoW for example a reason I didn't enjoy my experience is that collectible mounts to whole armor sets were completely locked to expansions I never had a chance to play. FF has been good in some cases where eventually things end up on the mogstation, so I'm a bit more forgiving. That being said I was sad when I didn't get the special FF14 jacket last year :/ Oh and I had previously collected all the yokai minions but then when they had the event a second time they released all newer ones in addition and I missed out because I thought I had them all :< (Really hope that comes back)

Get bored of a glam after 2 weeks? ... I feel you... Same, love than Minfilia-dress but its difficult to match with other pieces since its a very specific shade of white, some sort of creme/warm white... Dye the bottoms pure white and it doesnt really match :( 2nd glam: love the top, too, but I dont like that robe-thing hanging down the back... which is a shame, otherwise I would've purchased it months ago... 3rd glam: as an AST you could use the lvl70 sleeves, you just have to do some Eureca grinding (its worth it). Also these lvl1 puff-sleeves from the thavnair dress set... cant remember the name... It has gold elements, that might not fit here, but it could be worth a try... Also, there are some lvl60 crafted sleeves, again, I dont know the names... Still cant get Eorzea Collection to work for me :( I can check out new glams but whenever I come up with a good idea and want to post it... somehow it never works >.< ... You might want to make a video about how to use that webside - I would be very thankful ^^°

Me doesn’t even have final fantasy, watching the video hmm interesting I like them but like I can’t make them my computer is a potato lol and I know damn well I would be laggy on the game and on console the graphics just aren’t as good to me. The only unique glam is the last one. The rest I've seen them in game multiple times, sometimes even on the same screen because of how unoriginal they are.
