I've started making monthly Amazon purchases. Every time I want something, I put it in my cart. At the beginning of each month I go through my cart, realize I don't want most of it, and only purchase what I need or really want. This has saved me all kinds of impulse buys.

Money for a place to stay, organic food and drinks is needed. Saving money so you have enough for 3 months when something happens. You go on an inner journey and find out what your soul is coming for this lifetime. The rest of your money you spend on getting the knowledge (teachers/gurus, books, courses anything). You do not need a car, new clothes, new phone (or any other new technology), or anything else. You will not get any fulfillment from external things. You only get fulfillment from listening to your soul, not the ego. Much love. xx

My bad habit with money is I am fit and have a good body shape so I go clothes shopping endlessly. 95% of brands be it luxury, high street or fast fashion fits me beautifully. And so I buy and buy and buy but never have the time or occasion to wear them.

After my ex kept absolutely everything I started saving I rarely spend money, I haven't bought clothes in many years, I had a 500$ old truck, slept on an air mattress, walked miles to work when my truck would break down, I don't go out at all, I want to invest half of what I got on food truck but it's just hard to give up that money, I'm scared it might not work out and I lose some of that money, trust me I'm not stingy I help out the needy all the time i just want to be smart about it
