Around 15 years ago while cashing out a younger female customer at a pizza restaurant that I still work at now, a younger female coworker of mine said to me that woman is into you. 15 years ago I was 41, but people typically think I’m 5-10 years younger than I am. I had absolutely no clue that the female customer was into me but maybe she was checking me out while I went back to get her food order. She looked like she was in her 20’s.

These videos have helped me so much in just understanding that the last relationship I was in was not emotionally mature at all. Knew the girl for near 14 years and we used to hook up and hang out back then right before she went off to college. Just had fun. She's extremely smart, beautiful and funny and ticked all my boxes initially, but when she was shown to just have her own agenda, she had to go, as I expressed what I knew and would be lied to to my face. She's a new mom with a man from my area as well, which is why she had to come back to the area. Whatever we got into was very haphazard, but it seemed to have felt right at the start, considering the circumstances. To keep her out of hotels while she figured things out, we cohabitated very well and it would only be until she could find her own spot. Then things got ugly out of nowhere and I was the bad guy for things that didn't make sense. She would behave in contradictory ways and she had to also get her way when it came to her doing toxic things, not only to herself, but to her child and me by proxy. It hurt to let it go, as she had basically disappeared on me to be with someone else, when she still had her things at my place. Made her finally come get things and cut her off. Gave it a few months of pain, as she went no contact and I respected that boundary, despite her not needing it, I needed to keep her away from me, as it was not good for me keeping someone like that around me, for my own mental health. It was already rough enough dealing with the loss and processing what happened and getting lost in my head about it. Though around 3 months later I did get that closure moment that is so rare, as I had predicted and even told her directly she would be back (to an outburst of her laughter as I said it), which sadly was due to abuse from the new guy that I had also figured would happen and would be why she came back, as she told me before she left me that she wanted to be in an abusive relationship... She was basically acting as a 16 year old still in a 30 y/o woman's body scrambling for any bit of her youth still left, but now with a child to take care of... Her new place in life seemed to have contributed to her acting erratic and unhinged, especially when she drank, which was often. As I was getting closure and I think giving that to her in my own way, which I don't even know if she even cared about in seeing the ways she treated me, she showed signs that she's still just trying to use me to get herself to the next place again. I shortly thereafter let her go, again, this time on my terms, stating I was blocking all communication completely, for my own sake. It's hard not to still care for that person, and I hope she finds herself, as she stated herself that she is lost. I just can't help her do it if I'm going to be her punching bag, though I didn't tolerate it when I was made to be that, while at the same time telling me she didn't need my help, when she wouldn't be where she is without it. I had come to so many conclusions about her... The main take-away was that, despite me not ever really thinking I was ready for a relationship, since it had been 15 years since my last serious one, she was really the one who wasn't ready and needed to grow. I am perfectly capable of a healthy relationship, it is just going to take an emotionally mature woman to do so. I did my growth and observations of humanity and am able to see a lot more of the forest for the trees than ever and know what I deserve, as I've been able to do the internal work to see what I want to change or adjust in myself to make the next relationship that much better. It's interesting being a photographer that deals with people so closely in so many ways. I bring out people's insecurities like no other and I can see who they are pretty quickly. The coincidence is that it's almost like I have a crystal ball at times, which technically uses crystal glass, and it is scary how eye opening it is and what people reveal to me quickly. It more often than not keeps me away from others. This one just surpassed my security camera to then display all of the insecurities. A rarity, but maybe there was a little idealization there for me to ignore the monitors to see what would happen, which is perfectly human and I don't fault myself for doing so. I just saw it as an experiment... A very emotionally painful experiment... Sadly, I predict the experiment is not over and she will show up again and I will have to handle it with new tools that have been provided to me here and other sources as well. Thank you for the guidance through your videos! It just shows I'm not alone in dealing with these things and that is some relief!

@@YourWingmam Thank you so much! Sorry for the rare long winded comment! I guess I'm trauma dumping a bit, but I think this is the next phase of coping for me, as I'm sick of talking to my friends about it and I feel like they're sick of hearing about it, despite finding out something new that digs the rabbit hole ever deeper about once a months since the split. This year has been 15 lonely-to-somewhat lonely years in the making and it's no wonder I'm so focused on it, because it's practically alien to me! I'm trying to learn as much from it as I can, so I don't fall into the same cycles and attract/draw in the same people! I do not like the feeling of being interrogated which can happen on first dates, or in the beginning of starting a R-word. I have come up with a solution to avoid the testing and interrogation phase. Just get to know someone slowly. Get to know her before starting any romance/courting/dating type stuff. Don't ever date someone you have only recently met. If you didn't know her 10 years ago, don't start anything with her. These are rules I made for myself .

Answer to a threesome: "Of course I've thought about having a threesome. But it's hard enough to satisfy 1 woman let alone two!" Works every time to defuse the question, even makes the ladies giggle a bit. As far as "testing" goes, I bring it straight upfront. I say, in a calm voice especially when it's the same question, "Why are you asking me this again? We have discussed this exact thing before. I do not care to answer it if you cannot remember my answer." Yes, it will tick her off, but, she comes around because I've called her test. And yes, sometimes she takes offense, but if she won't listen and remember what I said then she's not for me. Rock on Anna...

In regards to “Testing”, I learned a while ago, that not knowing the material and cramming all night before a test may allow you to pass. Unfortunately, you won’t retain what you crammed for and it will bite you in the ass. Passing a test might be a false sense of hope. If someone is witty, they will probably finesse their way around the test. Make sure you are testing the tester. Jocko Willink made the comment that “for most guys, if the lady likes you and the Woman is attractive; most guys say “she’s the one!” They fail to do additional assessments.” If someone is flirting/teasing with someone for the mere purpose to test your reaction; consider this. Isn’t it just as disrespectful to the third party? Do they have insecurity or validation issues? Contrived or not, I’d consider that. I’ve encountered a lot of “My friend is going through this situation…” and perhaps they wait and listen. Or situations where they provide a story and want your opinion. When I’ve been unable to get specific details, I realize it’s a hypothetical question and know it’s a test. I feel that if you know yourself. You know your values and try to stay partially objective you are on the right track.

I just had a thought. Ladies seem uninterested in me when we first meet, but like me more as they get to know me. The small amount of ladies I have met through dating sites. Don't like me when we meet. One even wrote me an email saying she was not attracted to me, but as we got to know each other she wanted to stay with me. Ladies at work warm up to me after they know me for a while. A successful relationship is to be worked at, but some jobs are good.

This happens way more frequently than men expect. And men don't expect it because *men know instantly if a woman's looks are acceptable* to them. Women are different! More on this in an upcoming video. I also left a related reply on another comment today. :)

It seems to me the problem most men have when trying to deal effectively with women in an LTR is that while women instinctively or naturally make use of the psychological technique of partial re-enforcement in many of their relationships men don't seem to pick up on the technique until it's too late and their partner has one foot out the door???

6:31 be very careful if you’ve been with a lot of women in your past. My wife asked me how many women I’ve been with you have to understand I didn’t meter until I was 48 years old and I’ve been married twice. She had been married twice also but she was only 35. I had had over 30 relationship between my first and second wife. She didn’t like that number too well. So she left me.

Dear Anna: Is this today's video? Why so early? Either way, Fluffy is on the chair behind you to your right. Test? Tests? Tests? Once we finished school us men thought we were done. Then came work, license and certification tests, and of course, the hardest tests of all, the Women tests. You ladies also do NOT grade on a curve or give extra credit. Good video and you are right about those signs. I have encountered all of those and for sure it is a very bad idea to ignore incompatibilities; all that leads to time and resources wasted. Well Anna, as you know in two days us Americans are going to sit down with our loved ones to celebrate Thanksgiving. I am grateful for many blessings I have and on top of the list are the people in my life, and that includes you. Anna, you are more than a pen pal and I am very grateful for you. I hope God blesses you with health, finances and wonderful people in your life. Thank you for being so awesome, so caring, and so brave with some of your content. Big hug and a giant peck on each cheek. You are gorgeous on the outside and beautiful on the inside. One more kiss on your right cheek. Your GLAWAB!!

Great list. It seems to me that if she is approaching with this line of questioning, it strikes me as dominant behavior. Qualifications are important, but I should be delivering them, not have them interrogated out of me. If she's leading the dialogue, you're behind.

All of the emotional attraction items you mentioned are good and reasonable. None of them surprised me. Do you ever recommend someone perform a covert background investigation on a love interest? 🤔
@YourWingmam2 жыл бұрын
If you can do so in a stealth way, yes. It's not romantic but in today's world it should be common place. However! I once hired (and un-hired the same day) a PI who said these words I'll never forget, "Usually we find something." In other words, if there are enough red flags to hire a PI, save yourself the $!
@audiophileman70472 жыл бұрын
@@YourWingmam Thanks for your reply. Isn't it all really like a job interview? They don't check you out until after they've interviewed you. Then they talk to people and search records, a kind of investigation after you've jumped over the first interview hurdle. Some employers even require you to subject yourself to a credit check. There may be some limitations, since someone who is twenty is less likely to have a history compared to someone who is fifty. There's a lot you can find out just through the internet. One must be careful, since internet information can be inaccurate. One should also be aware that something bad on a person's record could be an isolated incident in the distant past. Patterns would be more of a concern. It would be very cool if you could do a video on this question and how to get at the truth of the matter. Anyway, it's an interesting subject.

If you are over 40, and especially 50, I would imagine a woman would be comparing your stated life goals against your actual accomplishment toward those goals. It would be a way of confirming both your actual ability and determination versus what is probably so much BS or 'lip service'. Wink to the West Coast. Good listening skills.

Yes, true. All you can do is what you can do. And if you can show a woman you're taking real action toward goals you both feel are important some women (not all) will value that and take a chance on you. :)

This is good, as far as it goes. The concern is that people lie a lot, that's the first thing. The other thing is that people change over time for one reason or another. And the other thing is that folks become bored with their love life and lose interest in their “mate.” I could go on and on. My point is that there needs to be a “relationship calculus" to handle all of the various changes that are bound to occur, as people are constantly refining or redefining themselves everyday. There's a kaleidoscopic mishmash of wants, needs, and desires constantly shifting and swirling around in their heads, and lots of couples simply grow apart in too many cases -- and there seems to be precious little information to help “romantically bonded individuals” keep their relationship on track with peace and happiness. And we know in the real world that people get sick, lose their job, lose their hair or put on too much weight or lose too much weight. So, they may start thinking of calling it quits because a new, hot guy or gal joined your church or got hired to work on your team. Bingo! There's a dizzying array of "what if's" that crop up in a relationship that'll pressure one or both partners to throw in the towel. So, the flaw in trying to come up with “x” number of signs for this or that in a marriages or LTRs weren’t intended to last, happily, from the “get go.” Even the Good Book tells us that there will be strife between husband and wife (boyfriend and girlfriend, same or worse), and that divorce (or a breakup) is sanctioned in that manuscript in certain situations. There is only one way to be happy in a marriage, and that approach is fully explained step-by-step in this highly misunderstood Book, which is truly understood by an infinitesimally small group of people. Too many cults are out there twisting the messages around leading folks astray. And some of the charlatans look and act just like the real deal. Beware! Learn about them so you won’t become a victim.

Women try to gauge your potential in a future relationship by your past relationships. The best way to make a woman feel safe about a potential relationship with you is to tell her what you learned about yourself from that past relationship. In other words she wants to know you can take responsibility for where things went wrong even if it’s simply means you chose the wrong person in the past. She should also be able to take responsibility for where she went wrong in past relationships. And that should be of value to you. :)

It is true that women test men, but it is also true the contrary, Wittgenstein's ruler; you can use a ruler to measure a table, also a table to measure a ruler. Usually neither women or men are aware of the process and the date turns out to be a fiasco with no clue on why it went bad.

I think when a woman challenges your inner self confidence, or perhaps your level of interest in her. Example given, she may flirt with or show interest with someone else INFRONT of you to gauge your reaction. To see if you are insecure. To see your level of confidence. To see if you are interested in her in any way. Women who are really physically attractive tend to do this one more often. I learned the easiest way to handle this, talk to her best friends. Her best friends will more than likely be interested in you, and will want to see what it is you're about. I mean that's just one way of handling it, I love turning the hot seat back on em you know. Then you see the jealousy, the insecurity, and from here she knows, she has to come up to YOUR league to hang.
@lenardosbornsjustice5948 Жыл бұрын
She has to prove that she's good enough for me. It's not the other way around. It takes time, experience failure, to learn these things. This channel and a few others has really helped me make it to this point in time, where going on a date, asking a girl on a date, creating attractions is so simple and fun.
@YourWingmam Жыл бұрын
Key point: she looks for external attention because she's insecure. A lot of younger women are like this and it takes time to grow out of. Though some never do. Never react. Calmly switch gears to "teach her a lesson" but not in an overt or mean way. The example you provide is perfect! So glad my channel has helped you and thanks for sharing your wisdom!!
