I eat very similar to you too… I’m eating half a cup of flaxseeds or 3 tablespoons of raw flax oil at the moment and loads of cruciferous vegetables and have noticed a huge decrease in my inflammation… Love my berries, Microgreens, sprouts, avocados too ❤❤❤

One thing I have everyday is broccoli sprouts, I sprout a big jar of them, then freeze and put them in my smoothie. Keep making these great videos!

I love berries and avocado, and I eat those several times a week although not daily. Right now I'm fighting a little inflammation because I got lazy with all the yummy baked goods people were giving me over the holidays, and I can feel the inflammation in my joints and see it in my face. But generally, I feel like my skin looks best when I'm eating lots of raw vegetables. I like to eat pumpkin seeds and walnuts, in fact, I like almost every nut and seed. In the morning, I have a tablespoon of Chia seeds with hot water, lemon and about half a teaspoon of Manuka honey. This year I started using colostrum in my protein shakes in the morning as well as cacao nibs and a green food powder. I also ordered NAC recently after your video I'm going to give that a try. Happy New Year to you, Sam and your hubby! I hope that in 2025 we can really make that meeting happen in San Diego. I loved you in Paris, but I have to say that your skin has never looked better.!!

Hi Debbie, I actually got another juicer this year (my old one broke a while ago) and if I can not get around to making a salad, I make a green juice. I have eaten variations on the same basic thing every day for the last 3-4 years(owing to illness, things have to be simple). I actually ate a different meal yesterday, and it was a relief! 😅 Anyway, my routine is two green smoothies everday. This is a combo of 2-3 of kale, asparagus, green beans, rocket, broccoli, red cabbage, and cauliflower), raw garlic cloves, raw ginger, avacado, an entire lime or lemon (the skin, pulp, everything), some extra greens powder and fermented protein powder. With the smoothies, I'll either have sardines, eggs or grassfed steak and kimchi, some kiwi or berries. Finished off with matcha tea and dark choc. Would love to use some nuts again too. Thanks for the New Year's Day video! 🙏✨️

I love and eat all those foods. I make my own nut milks, yogurts/ sour creams, dressings, sauces. I eat a lot of raw organic foods, no animals...all my life, age 70, very healthy, don't look my age. My skin care is minimal these days, but have been a long time Retin A user since my 20's, so one reason my skin doesn't look my age. Beautiful inside and out Claudia, always enjoy your videos! I am carnivore for autoimmune issues and my skin looks like glass. Plants are a big no for me, lots of bloating. I am glad you found what works for you. I eat rare steaks, which gives my skin lots of nutrition.. and some organ meats.

Wonderful video I love walnuts and sunflower seeds. I was wondering if you eat saffron. I heard it's good but expensive. I use saffron oil which gives me a glow. I grew up eating healthy food so for me I enjoy it anyway I heard Chia seeds are good? Happy 🎉New Year's Claudia

Happy New Year beautiful ❤ I eat your 5 foods daily except I am not as good about the fermented foods. I try to remember to drink miso soup. I am not a big fan of kimchi or sauerkraut. I eat sprouts (for sulforaphane) everyday unless I am out of town. I follow Dr. Fuhrman's G-BOMBS and Dr. Greger's daily dozen. Nuts: almonds. Seeds: ground flaxseed (I grind myself). Actually, I evangelize on behalf of flaxseed for women. I don't try to convert anyone to anything I think or do... except for flaxseed for menopausal age women. If anyone reading this has risk factors for breast cancer, please look into it!
