On QB you can limit access to your employees. I’m a flipper as well and I just think doubling one’s time on bookkeeping is very inefficient. As you said you can create different classifications then run reports based upon your projects.

What if you make a big material buy up front but don’t pull from that stock pile until later for different properties - any tips on the best way to track this? Or the last minute receipts that end up having multiple properties on them? How to track these when trying to hand off the accounting work to an assistant?
