Sam, one realtor to another do you feel like its just easier to pump out content when you're filming yourself? How's the engagement versus being filmed by someone else? It seems so difficult to find a reliable camera person unless i'm paying for a professional (which is unsustainable for me at this point)

Jefferson Park is "underpriced/underrated," whatever you want to call it, because it's been the highest property crime pocket in the city, a city that has some of the highest auto theft/crime stats in the country. It's a gentrification hot zone, I lived there for almost two years a few years ago and had TWO cars stolen in that time from the street and my own apartment parking spot, respectively (one of which being an undesirable beater), and the girl I was with at the time also had her car broken into in the garage next to Briar Common, right under cameras. I moved there thinking some of the factors you mentioned about desirable location/proximity to downtown etc., but it's "underrated" for a reason.
