Can you guys do a video on shorter people burning calories and calorie intake for shorter people. I’m a 5’1 female. Do we still need over 2000 calories? I still eat over 100g of protein a day without hitting that many calories.

The height metric is so overblown. I say this as a 5’3” woman. Someone my height with more muscle will probably be able to maintain (not gain) fat at higher calories; someone shorter may need fewer. It depends little on height. Best thing to do is train and eat in a way that builds muscle and monitor your own weight on the scale and adjust as necessary. The guys here have talked about it in probably hundreds of videos so there’s really not a need to make another one regarding this.

Do y’all have a video on best exercises with hand weights? Since having a baby I can’t get to the gym much (I also work FT-baby is 4 months old). I do have hand weights at home that range from 10 to 25lbs. Thank you for your content!

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!! I've hired a personal trainer twice a week for hour workouts, strength training, for a year and a half!!! Minimal improvements. Went off Keto and have incorporated some carbs.....gained 25 lbs. :>(

Can you guys recommend an online source well respected on a national level for a personal trainer certification? My state does not require a license or certification, but I’m wanting to get one just for credential purposes. Absolutely love your program. If you can get past the cost of the smallest box they have, the member deals are usually good. Convenience of delivered frozen meat is gonna cost you, especially grass fed and finished.

Today I tried a dedicated PPL routine (day 1) for the first time after only doing fullbody for a really long time. The pump and exhaustion is much stronger. I know 3 day/week PPL vs fullbody is technically not optimal but maybe simply switching ot a different program will help break my plateau anyway.

i do 1 times a week, i have a day were i focus only on compound for strentgh, farmers carry, deadlift, bench press, zercher squats, i whuld say start whit 1 day, most strongman only do once a week

🤣 if your food comes in a box off a shelf it will be expensive. Chicken, beef, pork, rice, pasta, cruciferous vegetables, olive oil, butter. This is just about everything you need.
