The height metric is so overblown. I say this as a 5’3” woman. Someone my height with more muscle will probably be able to maintain (not gain) fat at higher calories; someone shorter may need fewer. It depends little on height. Best thing to do is train and eat in a way that builds muscle and monitor your own weight on the scale and adjust as necessary. The guys here have talked about it in probably hundreds of videos so there’s really not a need to make another one regarding this.

Today I tried a dedicated PPL routine (day 1) for the first time after only doing fullbody for a really long time. The pump and exhaustion is much stronger. I know 3 day/week PPL vs fullbody is technically not optimal but maybe simply switching ot a different program will help break my plateau anyway.
