i'm in a leveling guild. Our Aoc had 1 600000 ap team that camped the middle and 8 teams under 20k constantly attacking the same spaces. felt like a bot.

top 100 team, ranked early weeks 20-40, every cow since start, saved every trophy since start, always Duke League between 5 to 3, including the free trophies they mailed that had to do with season 1 and 2 mistakes.... still only have one third the trophies required for 1 totem. 2 years = 33%. that's 6 years playing per totem. 12 years playing top 100 for both totems. one of the fewest teams that's been on the scoreboard without a fancy season victory frame. tired, need a break. lol. but as free to play, it is what it is, and standing on that edge of "just keeping up" and "taking one day off ends any chance catching up" is very tiring.

Hey, guys and girls, question: Are there any events and/or quests that reward the use of HERO skin stones and/or the use of the Essence of the Elements (similar to how titan coin events reward for upgrading the titan level 80 times or skin 40 times)? Or am I wasting my time waiting for such quests. I have already amassed a million of the Essence of the Elements and close to 300,000 hero skin stones, thinking there was an event rewarding for their use

In regards to hero skin levels, there are occasional events that include such quests, but they're much more infrequent than they used to be. As far as essence goes, the only quest chain for it is prestige quests and you do have to spend essence (spending emeralds on the same artifacts doesn't count). My advice is to spend the vast majority of your essence because you can gain the amount you need daily through TotE. In regards to hero skin stones, if you regularly have VF, I would spend a good amount getting your focused heroes more developed. If you don't, just complete the daily prestige quests and you'll be good for a long time, certainly for longer than it'll be for another event with skin level quests. It's also worth noting that skin level quests are most common with hero events so those would be the events to look out for, particularly ones in which the focused hero has received some kind of update.

@@seandobbins2231 Thanks. That is what I thought as well. 5 months of playing, not a single event that rewards for the essence's use. I better put it to use and upgrade my titans then (also free up some sparks, which I lack lately after maxing a few heroes' gift of the elements). According to the table of upgrade requirements, I have enough essence to max 2-3 artifacts to the gills. Imagine 50-leven titans destroying 4th island teams with a couple of hits...

@@seandobbins2231 As for hero skin upgrades, in what format do these quests usually run? I.e. spend a certain amount of skin stones OR upgrade a certain amount of times OR take a skin to a certain level? If those quests do not require leveling up the same skin (each level requires more and more stones), than I'll just use half of my hero skin stones as well

@@Alexsandr-l8k so hero skin quests have changed somewhat with time, but most recently it's been number of levels for any hero and it's typically been a max of 100-200, I don't remember which at the moment.

I guess the best fix for AoC is a fair battle !!! There must be a better balance for the power of the teams !!! The first AoC was fine balanced , the second was a miserable ex : Red team with Hero power up to 1 , 2 mil and the other teams was under 1 mil power !!! There was no chanse of win against that team .. also I saw one of the red team members was teleporting over and over on the map !!! If Nexters doesn't fix the team balance .... AoC will be a miserable mode of play !!!

The biggest problem with CoW is it takes too long per battle and as stated, unless you're in a top guild, you're not getting enough trophies to be sufficient incentive to encourage full participation. It's also worth noting that while GW champions are used to these sorts of battles and having to check daily (even multiple times per day), whereas other guild members aren't. What would "fix" this? Well, beyond just shortening battles by a day, having an individual reward system similar to GR would encourage individual participation since they lose out by not participating. Given that GW gives out rewards based on assumed participation (champions get more than regular members), it makes sense tp reward trophies in CoW based on actual participation. Granted, the obvious flaw there is it's possible to sweep a battle without full participation, but it wouldn't be difficult to find a middle ground there.
