sometimes i thought i had a crush on a senior guy at my school but i'm not too sure about it. i mean, he's really cool and we could actually talk about anything even though we rarely had a long coversation. my mom literaly interviewed me when i mentioned him but when i told her he has a different religion to mine, she literally said "it's okay, dear. you can find someone else" like WHAT?! (i mean, my parents did told me that i can fell in love with any boys i want. it doesn't matter how he looks, how much his net worth is, etc. the only exception is if we have different religion, then it's a big no-no). man... it's hard to make friends with a different gender without people assuming you have a crush on them. but honestly, he's more of a cool big brother to me than just a friend. sometimes i wish i could spend some more time with him, just so we can know each other more.
