Wow, What a beautiful video on the journey to Self Realization. It perfectly matches with how I experienced life as I travelled through these stages and the video tells me that I am on the right path. I feel I am in the Alignment stage which appears to be a life-long process. Thank you, thank you and thank you! Dr. Rathi

I feel like I have a bit of all stages simultaneously. I feel a connection to rocks, plants and trees and feel glimpses of interconnectedness with others, and my intuition has always been strong. But I’m still very tied to the egoic self through my emotional reactivity to relatively minor things.

Really dwell in those moments of all and connection. These are glimpses that are true nature. In the peace and clarity that is there naturally. We are only triggered and react when we are unconscious, on auto pilot and disconnected from our true nature of interconnection and love.

I think I'm between 2 and 3, and occasionally even 4. But I'm still too attached to material possessions, and I'm not ready to let go. I like the comforts that money can provide. Does that mean I'm less spiritual? Is being materialistic the opposite of being spiritual? Hope you can shed some light on this. 🙏🏽

This is a common misconception. Enjoying material possessions is not less spiritual. The question to investigate is whether or not you are attached to the material possessions. Attachment causes suffering, not objects. To explore attachment to material possessions ask yourself what would happen if you lost one of the possessions or if one of your possessions was damaged.

@@drmindfulness Aha! Yes, I was thinking about attachment too, and to be honest, I might be guilty of that... I know if I would lose a valued object, it would bother me, at least for a while, but then I would be able to get past it. I know I have to work on that. 😬 Thank you for replying. I appreciate it. 🙏🏻

@@Savoera Just for thoughts. It's not about to "get past it" even "after for a while," but to feel (see within) that moment of the process of getting past it. The process of feeling attached to it. (Dukkha) (Samudāya) (Nirodha) (Magga)

@@4lan thank you, but could you elaborate? I'm not sure I understand. 🙏🏽
