I was planning to go to a USL combine in January but they charged 150$ per person, but hearing what you guys are saying it’s probably not the best idea, and I’m losing money. I have my highlights , so now I only need to work on networking! Maybe finding a good agent that can come through for me! I want to be a pro by the end of this year.

You never know what can happen. Those 150 are an investment on yourself. Almost a year ago today I signed up for an open combine. 11 months later I'm a pro now. Networking is tough if you are at ground zero. A combine turned out to be my only option to even get a chance to get looked at after going through a 2 broken bones in my foot, then a torn acl in my junior/senior years of college. Good luck! Do what's necessary!

Ayy thank you guys so much man for the positives I n your knowledge My life hasn’t been easy because I started football when I was like 5 but then everyone left the football club I was like 7 at and then after like 2 years of looking for a football team becaiuse there were too many full teams which was annoying so then luckily we found a new team when I turned 9 after that we found a better team when I turned 10 then another and here I am at a division 3 Sunday league team which makes me at 2 teams right now anyways I’ve made plans to join a senior men’s team now cause I’m age 16 and in year 11 when this lockdown ends I should be looking to join them I’ve been training my:core fitness ball work Ariel technique speed with the ball and chasing the ball and of course my touches and anyone trying to make it to pro football you must make sure you train daily on new things from: unisport or whatever you find on KZbin good luck to everyone who wants to make it to pro 😁

In Ireland you play for your local non league team,at U11 if you are on your age groups best team,if you are one of the top 6 players in your team,you play with all the best players in your county.If you stay on your county team(you can get dropped)at U16 your PRO county team will either take you in (you are now a pro) or not.

I wish I lived in a developed country. I am living in Somaliland which is a country in East Africa, There are no established football clubs or academies therefore kids play streetfotball. I guarantee if any agent came down here I bet they would find a player in every street that would walk in any academy team in the world. Just wish I had facilities etc to train on. And actually have chance to get scouted. People just make the most out of your facilities.
