It's also not just how much work is put in towards practice, it's also HOW WE ARE PRACTICING OUR GAME that matters the most. Are we performing a certain technique right? Are any of us forgetting something valuable or an aspect that can improve our technique or vision on the field which will prove useful once realize it? In the end it should all boil down like this: Hard Work Smart (Correct) Work Consistent Work Moral Work And Having Faith. All the best to everyone on the journey.... :)

What's shocking about these quality KZbinrs is they work so hard and are so talented but none of them played in top European clubs. Is it really all just effort? Is it possible Premier league players are just out working these guys? Hard work is critical but there are limits. Talent is something you can't train. If you love the game work hard and play hard but understand that if you get paid to play that might be the best you are capable of.
