And this is precisely why I watch the same guest and podcasters on multiple podcasts. Different interviews bring out different things from the same person. Previously the mind architect always rubbed me the wrong way for reasons I won't articulate here. But your questioning/guiding/interaction in this particular interview has cracked that up a little bit. It's not the my beliefs are shaky and it's not that I did not like him or think he meant well. It's more complicated than that. But your interview style led to him coming across differently than I have seen him on other platforms. I have now opened the door to rewatching him on some other podcasts and being actively willing to learn.

This was a thought provoking video. Watched it over 3 days while get my daily walks in. I asked myself why i get triggered by seeing fb selfie or group selfie posts esp of weekend parties. Now that people are socializing again, fb posts have increased. Maybe i feel inadequate, not having a close friend group or what? But when i had parties i am not really interested in taking pics like they do. I will have to ask myself this question “why am i bothered or triggered” about so many things and find some answers and make peace. Going to go back and rewatch this video and write some key points down. Thank you Rangan and Peter.

I’ve read you comment and I can’t relate so much about pictures and selfies on Facebook. That’s why I even left using Facebook. And I keep asking myself why does it trigger me also. If you find some insights about it I would love to hear it 💯 Thanks 🙏

I'm not a regular to this channel but the doctor keeps talking his way around the emotions, which is fine. Meanwhile Peter has almost reduced me to a blubbering mess on the floor. Especially with the concept that ' you've never done anything wrong in your life '. WOW. Lifetimes of guilt on the precipice with that one.

Oh your comment made me smile! We have so many different accents in the UK, but "Queen's English" is beautiful. I love a Southern ireland accent or Scottish when people talk softly and slowly I find it calming. When people listen and give you space to speak, its a wonderful thing. It's so nice that you appreciate the English accent.

I have always been interested in how I can be free within the limitations put forth by society. I learned that possibility is the key to changing limitations. "Landmark Education" is a workshop designed to change your mind through self-awareness, and the fact that each of us has one thing in common in life, we fear change and judgement. Recognizing that possibilities exist and are abundantly available to those with the courage to be present in the world, and living your best life

Listening to this as I am winding down after an acupuncture treatment to alleviate pain from former injuries during military service, I can appreciate the discussion and I can say truly grateful for my awareness that I am worthy. As I am. Having lived with pain for so many years, I embrace the opportunity to living as fully as I am able by learning to love myself with grace. Using mind meditation at night as I drift off...so, thanks gentlemen for the encouragement.

First 40.23 minus talk ,is one sentence from philosophy:No body can harm you, unless your perception of it, and your own thoughts about it.The emotional intelligence is to know your triggers(mindfulness of your mind thoughts, pause, then choose adoption of reaction or not.I use challenges in my life ,not to be angry ,but to increase the strength of my mind muscles to try and almost always amazingly successed.Wisdom is to make right decisions in life.I still could see the overacting sympathetic nervous system to prove the self and the trauma of the brown skin in the white skin environment.I could see the not enough self and to work hard to prove the opposite.Ego and self is so profound in Western people,of all kinds because of toxic unnatural environment lived in. No human is bad ,but this is how much they know.?All injustices ,prejudices are masked .Thank you for this inspiring podcast which could be much more.

Thank you so much to both of you!!! Very, very valuable! I really appreciate it! Haha, the australian business man is Kerwin Rae and that podcast is awesome, just like this one is, the little extra is the online session of healing. I feel like Rangan had this chance as well, however he was more in his head, not willing to feel. Not saying this as a judgement but rather as an observation. Besides is ok to not want a healing session on a podcast. Blessings amazing beings ❤ 🙏 I am so grateful for listening to you as I return to myself and to freedom. Thank you!

The best teachers are our children and our patients. These change my life and even my medical practice modified by them and not by Royal colleges fixed, outdated guidelines .Freedom I am willing to die for all my life.To be free , is to be child all your life, even in your late seventies. asking questions, why,how ,what ,when, where?of course those around you will be gone because you are not acting your age.But you are more more than enough.Ignore ignorance all over the place.

The first few minutes provided some profound insights on the shallow world these guys inhabit. The self absorption about their physical appearance that required them to report their height to such precision 6, 6 and a half. Over 6 foot would be enough to say pretty tall, no need to outdo the guy who is only 6.6. The obsessive concern for what others think of them, that they would choose to order a tea rather than a coffee because their companion does not drink coffee. Yes they do need to reprogram some of their weird ideas.
