Amiya is the only 5 star operator that has 3 skill, her 3rd skill deals true damage that can kill Patriot faster than most 6 star operators and she can do it alone with some mines. Also Amiya is the only operator in the game that can switch between 2 classes, a Caster and a Guard (if she's E2 available in Chapter 8). Promoting Amiya to E2 is a no brainer.

Scene has brought summoners into another level since she's easier to use than Deepcolor, Mayer and Magallan. Her buggy cams are kinda fixed unlike the three others and so if I'm gonna recommend which operator in summoner department should start is obviously Scene to understand them better

I like scene, she's easy to use and her summons are low key broken. Mayer's meebos are not reliable summons the way scene's summons are, not nearly as tanky and deals way less damage. They explode real good,tho.

At Mastery 3, it would be 75%, which is already pretty high. Plus, the bind last 3 seconds, and he attacks every 3.5 seconds. It's not like Manticore where she always stuns, but for just 1 seconds at mastery 3 and increasing to attacking once every 5.2 seconds.

Bibeak is the very first welfare that i maxed everything. With S1 she is actually strong enough to hold a lane, she just need Warfarin/Shamare S2 to take down high def enemies like the Patriot guard. I really like the fact that Dual Strike guard benefits a lot more from buff/debuff. S2 is niche but become unlimited once you can find the ideal situation. And she is getting a super cute skin in a few months, too. Must buy.

Scene is a no joke best f2p welfare unit imo. Using summoner archetype is always challenging and heavily dependent on the player brain size. Scene made that easier for you, not only save you from brain fumes, but the bots dps and utility is *chef's kiss.

If we're talking Amiya then Absinthe has to be mentioned as well. When that first skill is charged, she's one of the most consistent dps units in the game it's really great to have. Can't say anything about S2 tho, that one isn't M3 and honestly, even with the "combo" Andreana/Provence I still use the S1.

Final chapter 8 stage and secret chapter boss fight only available if you have guardmiya. Thankfully it doesn't give anything but OP and it's a permanent stage so you can build your Amiya when you're done with other things.

There's a difference between F2P units and no pulls allowed account... you can still obtain Steward and Midnight trough recruitment which is indeed F2P. But regardless of that, I still think they wouldn't place in the top 5 strongest.

no-gacha-account sometimes better than over-gacha-account.. because all your operators would be E2 / max lvl / M3 all skills, because you rarely expect new operators (only from events, free-event-operators like Mint / Whislash etc.).. while account with gacha-all-the-time.. you never have enough resources, lol (saw some guys with a lot of 6stars, but all E1, lol)

Exu seems better due to insane burst DPS, but you should think of having something to counter armoured enemies, since she has problems dealing with them.

Surtr. She is bosskiller and ground Ifrit. Exu is good too, but she kinda lost her shines on late game. You can e2 exu after surtr.

New account? Surtr s1 and s2 is powerful even at e1 lv80. Exia s2 is usable in most situations because of the control. Chen is an option IF you are using a lot of sp on kill/hit (ex:kroos) Priority: -Chen (for talent and s2m3) since in beginning you will often leak and chen could clean that up -Surtr ( for s3m3 click to win) -Exia (For s3m3) Dps: -Surtr -Exia -Chen

For me Bibeak and Scene are hidden 6 star. Bibeak can be one of the strongest guard cuz she has 2 block, high atk base, attack speed, aoe art dmg ,and stun ,not to mention when paired with Liskarm and warfarin she can literally cheese even max risk CC. And for Scene, her buggy is too insane. When you maxed S2 M3 her, her buggy is tanky af. She can also replenish her summon which make me feel like using Gravel that hit like truck but cost only 5 DP and has 10sec redeploy. Unlike Bibeak, not only for max risk CC ,but for farm trust too. Personal opinion: Even they are free and very strong, they are a bit tricky to use. Using Bibeak S2 require good focus about enemy attack animation, charges of her skill, chain CC etc. And for Scene is her S2 timing. Unlike Mayer and Mag who can retreat summon ,if you throw away buggy carelessly you will soon run out of charge and she will become useless.
