I wish this rpg stats and loot stuff wasn't in the game at all. Its just tedious and boring. I'd rather just have 1 Sword and outfit I use for the whole game and not have to be concerned with tedious stuff like upgrading or levelling up.

@ I havent seen anything that officially confirms his status as a retainer and not a samurai - in fact I think there is internal debate about what qualified someone as a samurai during that time - honestly, I dont mind whether he was or wasn't, doesnt change anything for me. Games are there to be fun, and I hope you enjoy monster hunter wilds 👍
