As a person who has him and plays him. I say he’s more fun than meta. Sure, he can do some good damage and he’s pretty good but there are other Operators who dish out more damage. I say only pull for him if you REALLY love him (like I do~). Apparently, if you save up enough Yellow certificates, you can get him in the shop for free.

And you overrated Virtuosa and Chongyue. No Supporters will be rated OP in a DPS-oriented games, Shu is just the only one exception due to the value of block 3 on top of OP things that she do. Ritualist Supporters are reliant on Elemental Damage to deal damage, as their lower than average ATK makes their basic attacks negligible to enemies with higher RES or high amounts of HP. They're best used as a secondary or tertiary DPS with Primal Caster(s). Additionally, they need time to build up Elemental Damage to trigger it so enemies with high movement speed can escape their attacks easily even with their wide range. That's why Virtuosa will be upgraded when Nymph comes. Chongyue in OP when Mountain exists and Ines in OP when she still needs to attack to generate DP are laughable. I'm glad that Cesith is the one who make the tier list and not you.

Her damage isn't actually as impressive anymore nowadays, although it seems her module did fix that. But it isn't available in global yet, and this tier list only takes into account what is in global currently. I'm more surprised by SA being S+ still, his damage has fallen off more than Chalter and was worse than hers to begin with, together with a more annoying skill cycling. I'm assuming it is because of his invis reveal, but personally I don't believe it is that much of a deal, there are other options nowadays and the only time I found invisible enemies to be a real problem was in CC. Which doesn't even exist anymore.

i love lumen so much, but i actually dont think he deserves S spot why? because if you look at every other healer, they have the same ranking, because medics themselves arent needed/too overkill most of the time, especially if they dont give a significant buff firstly, you have broken mushas, juggernaut, and reapers that cant be healed secondly, you have an infinitely (or mostly) camouflaged ops like wisadel, vulpisfoglia, and ines that most times dont need healing because they (mostly) cant get damaged third, you have self healing operators like thorns, mountain, etc lastly, you have guardian defenders like shu, saria, blemishine that give on par healing + an extra bonus buff "but then why is nightingale ranked higher?" because she has a niche of increasing RES, which is actually a pretty solid threat even in normal content (this is true for warfarin as well) we dont talk about reedic nor kaltsit cuz they arent medic, obviously, and eyjalter is eyjalter

​​@@firstname9274 existence of a musha guard and juggernaut doesnt negate the usefulness of medic big percentage of the players of arknights arent whales and have basic team compositions and 99% of the time you need medics. In any game mode from basic to IS etc.

@@TheBeginnerviolin i still stand by my point that most healers now are overkill (in what world would you need 900 healing?) when you have guardians, insta kill enemies, and again- musha and reaper guards as well as juggernauts, the reason why ptilopsis is ranked higher is due to her just being AOE medic (AOE medics are justified to be better because, well, 3 is more than 1 which is better) i will NEVER say that lumen is bad, and i love him sososososo much (please marry me i love u lumen) but i still stand my point that if a sustain isnt giving a buff or debuff that is significant enough, they inherently fall short

Eh not really. I like her and she is fun, but she just isn't meta at all, and I believe this tierlist is supposed to reflect meta despite some questionable ratings.

Yeah there's still some Early game operator that I still use in my current stage... Especially when you play some IS ,some 4 star is a operator to upgrade since they didn't cost as much as 6 star counterpart

Bare in mind arknight stage can be beat with 3 to 4 star operators... Not to mention you also get 2 best operators for free for doing side story

I don't think Shu is OP in general the same way Texalter and Surtr are. But I do agree she's OP if you can make good use of her S3 like with Babel S-4. In general content tho she's a side grade to Saria.

Not surprising really. I borrowed a Shu for JT8-3 and her S3 kept everyone at near max HP for the flame waves

@@gamerzone1853 well, thats quite simple, H stages and S stages with large amount of enemies, just make sure to place a defender behind him incase of rng issues, also for the better part, theres no such thing as better while comparing exalter and ulpi, since they are ops that although have the same role in casual and easier content, they actually have vastly different roles in advanced and harder content, with ulpi basically being a fast-redeploy(i call his S3 a redeploy) nuke aand immortal existence with gladia and module stage-3(its coming in global about a few months), while exalter is a pure lane holder with a spreadshooters range for his S3, he can solo lanes with proper skill cycling and a bit of rng and is literally made for dealing with high pressure(basically lots of elites or big mobs) also he can basically be called ground mylnar since with his module stage-3 him and mylnar have only about a 10% dmg difference which when u realise how broken of a dps mylnar is sounds bonkers for a pure laneholder reaper, (also for exalter full potential, u need his module stage 3 and his S3 should have atleast M1)

@@whoisAPT38 Cesith already explained this a couple of times. the rating is always to be understood in direct comparison with other operators at the same level. So if a character is already very good and significantly better than others at E1, but then doesn't improve that much in comparison to others at E2, the E2 rating can be lower

​@@whoisAPT38these ratings are made in comparison to other units in that class, for example mountain rating went down at E2 since his main skill is S2 which is very good compared to other units at E1, same goes for la pluma especially being a 5 star unit with only 2 skills
