Can you discuss new topica for ppl who are already working but looking to advance in their career. I am happy with my job but would like higher pay, fully remote no WFO minimum days. There is no way I can negotiate now with all layoffs and hiring freeze. I have incompetent boss with his first job in a corporation and he is always lost. I am not sure whats ur background but business certifications like SAP/LSS and so on. How to get promoted, seems like more of visibility thing rather than performance. That was just me typing while thinking😂
