I dont care about it whatsoever, but I think especially at the end of the season, why should anyone care? It's kind of a self-regulating issue. Most of the streamers who play don't accept handouts because when they do, the game no longer has a carrot on the end of the stick. Being given the carrot at all times makes the game not even a game.

geared druids can potentially have around 38 health as a rat, since any max health is applied after so a legendary neck of peace for example will make a rat like 16 health instead of 5

No on the true magic damage, just better off with true physical as it goes on the bow hit. Some will or mag power wouldn't hurt as long as you aren't sacrificing anything for it or if you've reached phys cap. Phys power would still be better. Best way to think of it, bow hits for immediate damage and if you hit twice within 5 seconds then you're immediately better with phys damage than mag damage.
