Great info, but my representative, who use to be a VA rater, that helped me get to 100% P&T informed me that in order to keep my rating and not to be lowered or even looked at that I should continue to make at least 1 appointment every year with my VA provider. I have also heard this from other Vets that they do the same, so if I were anyone who has a good rating well then CYA.

Steven, yes sir you can receive a premium waiver for premiums up yo $10,000. Also: VALife is guaranteed acceptance whole life insurance available to all Veterans aged 80 and under who have a VA disability rating of zero to 100 percent with no time limit to apply.

When putting a claim in go to your private doctor and then go to a VA doctor the same one so there is a paper trail for the same condition and get BBQs filled out for the condition it will help to CNP

Hello, hate to tell you this at age 55 and 18 years disability of 100% in December 2021 my rating was down graded to 90% for a technical issue at award date in 2003. I got it back summer of 2023 and still waiting for hearing with judge cause it was a bogus downgrade. The examiner called me and I ask him why, his exact answer cause Biden ordered VA to look thru ratings for recoupment. I tried hiring three different law firms who suspossedly help vets with claims and they denied me, said I could do it myself, ie. They weren’t going to make any money off it. They run ads on here so beware…

The protection doesn’t apply for a mistake they made. The protection is for them sending you for reevaluation to see if your condition has improved.

Contact you regional VA office and ask to speak with a counselor. Try this on for size. They should reimburse the difference you from the time of reduction to when it becomes 100% again. Let me know how it goes. Good luck Sir, realizing it is the government
