I like what the guy is saying and also what he mentions about matter. Did anyone see a glitch in the video around 8:51 or 9:13 where his hand was going under his chin and through his face? I'm sure that must be a glitch in the video or simply bad AI processing? If I could post a clip or image here, I would. Now that I have had some time to check other videos in other languages, I can see this is using AI to display face speaking multiple languages. That’s why the mouth area is in front of the hand movements. It’s an overlay.

When you say "You" what do you mean exactly? There are two distinct levels of Being, one is finite and the other infinite. So, there is the personal, individual "You" which is known as the false/ego identity, and then there's the divine "You" which is known as the impersonal "I AM" presence or "Self". The most important realization needed is to recognise that all thoughts describe a narrative about the past and give projections of a future, all this comes from the Ego/false self. Once you realise what you are NOT, then what you ARE is self revealed. It's Not a skill, a skill is for the mind that wants to learn 'a skill', it's just intellectual knowing. So it's not a skill but a dropping away of the personal mind and a realization of what is already here.. and that is impersonal, effortless Being.

However the ai glitches in the video turns me right off following him... Quality crystal clear videos a must in his line of work...Not authentic video work here, rather lazy effort of the creators it seems, doing it on the cheap...
