That's kind of weird tho, since the 'empowered' skills only appear if Heathcliff is in "Overwatch Assignment" state, which can activate if he has no ammo E: Since some people seem confused about what I'm saying here - Yes, he can reload off-field. However, if he shoots off-field at 0 ammo, that means he has reloaded, and if he retuns on-field with **full ammo**, that means he reloaded a 2nd time... and reloading twice for like 1 bullet is terribly inefficient. Might as well just stay on-field at that point. It doesn't make full sense because it's a game; it doesn't have to

Hello ESGOOns, regarding why Heathcliff applies Pierce Resist Down (somewhat-unintuitively increases Pierce damage resistance multiplier) whie Hong Lu applies Pierce Fragility (increase damage taken from Pierce-type skills and effects) is because due to how Limbus's damage calculation works, if you have both on the same target, the effect is multiplicative as opposed to additive when adding more fragility of the relevant type(s), further pushing the intent to run both Full Stop IDs together!

Something interesting to note about Hong Lu's skills is that some of the ammo spending coins say spend up to X amount of ammo, which might mean he burns through ammo fast. Also the description on the Magic Bullet ammo type doesn't mean that other Outis ID's can't generate any whilst using the EGO, its just clarifying that only Magic Bullet Outis gets the enhanced S3 base and coin power.

The actual issue with burn seems to be that for some inexplicable reason PM seems to be have issues fitting them into seasonal ID (i.e. story content). If you only look at standard fare IDs then burn is actually only slightly less represented than other archetypes, but has received zero seasonal IDs (unless for some reason you count N-clair & Cap Ish). Unfortunately it doesn't look like this is changing until canto 9, with the only possibility being one of the intervallo's (neither of the ones this season seem like they would be burn, but perhaps I'll be surprised). I've said it before, but the bloodfiend hunters should have been burn, I could go into a massive rant about why burn is way more thematically appropriate than rupture.

i think the whole point of those 2 IDs is that you start off with both of them, you use heathcliff to unload the ammo and possibly nuke something with Empowered S3. retreat Heathcliff and then Hong Lu gets stronger to somewhat upkeep the damage lost when heath isnt there anymore. i like the concept personally, having IDs affect eachothers kits directly when conditions are met and those two look like a duo made in heaven. And since Heaths unique stacks that you get from waiting dont have a cap, your S3 potentially can deal a lot of damage, and i do mean A lot. You could use a cheeky strategy where you only evade with heathcliff to stack up quickly while hong lu gains the poise from his evasions and deals some damage, at which point you have enough stacks to just nuke someone with S3. the only negative is that to get the full potential you need BOTH Ids which are 000 rarity walpurgis IDs and worst case scenario for F2P players is getting Heathcliff and not getting Hong Lu at all.

Not at all trying to defend pmoon's lack of releasing burn support, but I just wanted to say that it's very likely due to how burn is simply so thematically specific compared to the other core status effects, thus making it harder to come up with ids that fit with it. Poise can be seen as technique/focus, something normal for any combatant to have. Rupture is just extra damage, and hitting stuff does damage, making it reasonable to put on many different kinds of kits. Bleeding is something that happens when you get hit by weapons in real life. Sinking is a mental attack, something which can come in many forms, especially in the pmoon universe. Tremor is a little harder to define, but it seems to mostly be associated with machinery, which can be very broad, as well as generally causing instability/imbalance in the opponent like with the christmas nightmare ego (though tbh i feel like they only put tremor in those ego because they were sloth, more focus on sinking wouldve made more sense). Charge can be seen as electricity/power, which, while definitely somewhat specific compared to the other statuses, still isn't too uncommon given pmoon's setting where high-tech weapons and armor are commonplace, especially since it's powering yourself instead of attacking with it. Burn though? That's very specifically attacking through fire/heat, something that's just not used very common outside of the liu association, which is already the association with the most ids in the game right now. Unless pmoon introduces another association/section of an association that specializes in fire, a wing whose employees use fire to fight, or has the pinkie be burn-based, it's simply not feasible to make as many burn ids as other status effects without retreading old ground or constantly introducing smaller burn-based offices, syndicates, and whatnot in the story and making them seasonal ids, at least given the current release trend of making associations, (most) wings, and (probably also) fingers standard while having seasonal ids be more specific to limbus's story (including association, wing, and finger ids with relevance to recent story). Now I will also say that the firefist office is right there in canto 7 with cool designs. please pmoon. pleas

About resistance down vs fragility… I could be wrong but I believe resistance down is better when the dmg resistance is below 1 Let’s say 100 dmg attack, against 0.5 resistance, first with 1 fragility it’s 100*1.1*0.5 = 55, with 1 resist down its 100*0.6 = 60 Same for 1.5 resistance, fragility: 100*1.1*1.5 = 165 Res down: 100*1.6 = 160 So not a big difference but it’s a bit more of a lose less instead of win more

changing resistances is alo buffing another part of your damage formula, which means it's more effective to have pierce resistance lowering while you have fragile on the enemy. it does make a difference. also funny thing about 7th bullet changing her resistances to pierce fatal only while attacking, it doesnt matter at all because the only thing it will change is hwo much damage she will take from the trash crabs with shield, the type that deals pierce damage on taking hit while using the guard and having shield hp, super unrealistic thematic 7th coin that you will never see the changes it makes which is a bit sad.

First and most stupid of all: Tamaki literally didn't do anything to deserve being a 000. Second: we NEED more 00s, Bro... I know they announced that they wouldn't be releasing as much 00s anymore because they are "meh" to play with (not an excuse btw, they just don't want to design interesting 00s) but I also remember that they said they'd focus on releasing more 00s during events, which is just not true as of now, and I dont expect it to change either. 000s and EGOs are super expensive, and it's kind of tiring to contantly go for them, especially for newer players. Honestly i feel that Heathcliff inflicts Pierce Resist Down because his S3 and big S3 deal more damage The lower the enemies resistance is, therefore would prefer resist down to fragility. Secondly, the [Lobotomy E.G.O:: Magic Bullet Outis only] refers to the part below it where it enhances the power of her S3, any Outis can USE magic bullet (especially with the fact that Pride Resonance increases the number of bullets and you get bullets regardless of using it.)

The value between the 4th and 5th Bullet effects depends on the amount. If there is enough Defense Level Down on the 5th Bullet to equal OR just be close enough to the 4th Bullet's Fragility, then it's a comparable damage increase with an additional debuff to enemy clashing. We'll have to see but I wouldn't write the possibility off

Ppl probably already talked about it, but the Magic Bullet description mentioned for Magic Bullet Outis only is probably referring to its effect on its S3 (her S3 being stronger the more Magic Bullet she has), the EGO should be able to be used on other Outis IDs.

The thing that makes me doubt that kind of is that rather than just having two effects and the second bullet point say something akin to *MB Outis Only: S3 powered up my bullets* we have a skill in and of itself that simply says *Magic Bullet Outis Only* and its even highlighted for emphasis while the third skill empowering S3s is not. Also remember they revealed that page first, likely to tell people that it was exclusive to MB Outis before giving them the chance to get excited reading the actual E.G.O. (or so they know to shard the ID during the event if they pull the E.G.O.)

Heathcliff as a 000 makes sense, he’s definitely deserving of it, but some recent big ticket 000 are so much more complex then the others (wild hunt heathcliff, manager don, and now full stop hong lu) that is makes them feel worse in comparison. This is especially true taking into account older identities, where recent 00 are better and more interesting then early 000 (though those are more growing pains then anything) This is to say that now we obviously need 0000 identities that are even rarer to raise more funds, god bless project moon

Something to consider about using the MB EGO’s passive on MB Outis is that her S3’s attack weight is equal to her MB count. Assuming we ever reach a state where we can reliably inflict a lot of burn on multiple enemies (I’m crossing my fingers that all these assist attack mechanics will be applied to future Liu IDs), enough to meet whatever threshold the EGO’s passive needs to start inflicting Dark Flame instead of Burn, MB Outis would be able to inflict same turn Dark Flame on all of them. As she’d only need 5-res from starting at 0 MB (though the only times you’d be able to start a fight with using her EGO is either in MD or through Superbia), that would automatically make her next S3 fire at 7 MB, and the damage from that also shouldn’t be underestimated, especially with LCCB Ryoshu’s support (even if it got nerfed). As for the combo mechanics between Hong Lu and Heathcliff, I imagine we’ll get more of this kind of stuff in the future. Aside from the Liu Assoc., who should definitely be getting this kind of gimmick considering that their entire theme is fighting as a group, I suspect that we’ll get something similar with the Thumb once we eventually get IDs of them, since they do have one page from Ruina that has an image of them just on a single target all together.

i mean i feel like its really clear get in, do large damage, liwei honglu on the team can allow him to use his s2 for free for even more damage, nuke with atelier logic, leave afterwards honglu gains boosts very much suited for long form content heathcliff is just burst down enemies before you run out, purely for short battles obviously tamakicliff will also work in short battles, but john 4(four)-fragile-on-s3 cliff over here is obviously gonna have a larger impact on speedrunning

The Ego is useable outside of Magic Bullet Outis ID, however the Magic Bullet ID is the only unit that won't consistently be killed by the EGO. I think the part where it mentions the ID is just for the bottom section of Magic Bullet (status). The Ego will constantly be building the Magic Bullet (status) and now way to reduce it with in the EGO. So eventually any other Outis ID using this ego will hit 7th bullet and die. The only way to reduce it is by using the Magic Bullet (ID) skill 3 at 6 Magic Bullet (status) to reduce it back down to zero. You use the E.G.O to build up more Magic Bullet (status) on the Magic Bullet (ID) and try to aim to get a 6th bullet, use the Skill 3 and be reset to that status back down to 0, so the next use of the E.G.O won't kill your Outis. Only major down side is that burn only has one OTHER unit that has pride skills. SO it looks like I'm building a poise/burn hybrid team. I guess you can also use the EGO with Barber Outis and Blade Lineage Outis to get them killed for the buffs on Manger Don and Mentor Meursault. (Which is weird that both of the units that gain more power with dead teammates BOTH use Outis.)

these full stop id's seem hella cool! it seems the idea is to set up a strong attack with either Heathcliff atelier logic or Hong Lu skill 3-2 I was kind of hoping for one of them to be an ID that allows units with ammo to gain ammo back, so that chain battles dont screw them up more if longer fights start coming.

Important note: Dark Flame maxes out at 7, meaning Detonate Magic Bullet will always max out Dark Flame with this effect, especially if it isnt 1 time per turn

I’m pretty sure you can still build up magic bullet on other outfits ids it’s just that the enhanced skill 3 only applies to magic Buller outis. So it’s still a useable ego on other ids it just means that they won’t be able to use it after getting to seven bullets unless they want to die
