I dont know why we’re so interested in cbs we have 3 good options already Its our attack which needs strengthening first

We need 4 but agree we need to strenghten on the flanks ..midfield and up top

Because we are getting more games next season. 1 injury on a CB means we are playing 2 CB's every single game for the entire time, which is tough and might lead to more injuries. Its already told we are getting people in attack and in defence, no reason to complain

What need is 4 or 5 top players plus 2 back ups. The top players we need (in no particular order) are: Centre forward - we need a big, powerful and prolific centre forward to finish the chances we are creating and to allow Sonny to return to his best position on the left. For 15m Guirassy ticks a hell of a lot of boxes and is very low risk. Right Forward - We need a right forward who is a prolific goalscorer, but ideally has a good football IQ and a bit of creativity. We have Kulusevski and Johnson lean more to the creatrive side but arent great or dependable finishers, so when we need a goal, swapping one for the other seldom delivers what we need. Matias Soule on a free would be a great option to have. Central 10 playmaker - even with Maddison we still arent great in this area as Maddison is a wide 10 that is playing out of position in the centre and often looks anonymous when he cant fuind the space that he's used to out wide. Alex Baena at Villareal looks top drawer (like a young fabregas) and where maddison does his best work out wide, baena thrives coming central. Add in that Maddison tends to get injured 2.5 to 3 months every season and we need another playmaker. 50M should get baena. CDM - CDM is the biggest weakness in our defence and Bissouma (a technically gifted box to box) is not a CDM. Amadou Onana at Everton is an absolute unit, he defends well and passes well. Alternatively Ederson from Atalanta. Either player will cost around 50m and will allow Sarr and Bentancur to get much more involved in games. LCB - We need cover for Van De Ven and Dragusin is the cover for Romero. Calafiori looks a class act if he is deemed fast enough for our highline. LB - Need cover for Udogie and I think we all know Lloyd Kelly is coming in on a free. I would also love us to sign Olise from Palace, even with his injuries as he is world class when he plays, 10 goals and 6 assists in only 1266 minutes this season has been insane. I would consider selling Richy aswell if a good bid came in for him. I like him as a player but we signed him as a back up and he goes backwards on the bench, meaning the only way to keep him in form is to play him, which he isnt quite good enough for.

@@zhilong we would have solid choices GK- Vicario and Forster RB- Porro and Emerson (unless Emerson goes, then replace with KWP) RCB- Romero and Dragusin LCB- Van De Ven and CALAFIORI LB- Udogie and KELLY CDM- ONANA and Skipp CM- Bentancur, Sarr CAM- BAENA and Maddison LF - Son and Johnson CF- GUIRASSY and Richarlison RF- SOULE, Kulusevski and OLISE Thats a quality 25 man squad - sell/loan/terminate the following to clear space: Sessegnon Davies Hojbjerg Bissouma Gil Gio Solomon Perisic/Werner
