I like this song but not gonna lie and say it's great because it is very simplified. I agree, their older stuff was better. There wasn't a bad song on paris kills. I like the songs borderline and dead n gone, but they are good examples of how they have simplified their lyrics. The music to me is still rad but the lazy lyrics make the songs feel less meaningful. Like they are not as deep. Idk. The reason I like those songs though is because the music is great and jyrki 69's voice just kind of pulls you in an hypnotize's you and it's hard to not like it and/or stop listening. Idk.

+Favilla Morty That's kind of dissapointing knowing songs like these that are considered the good ones off the albums is the best they can get lyricly. That they can't write something with more meaning. If he didn't have his voice and the music they probably wouldn't get by. Idk though because there's some pretty crapy bands and singers that are huge and I can't understand it.

+Favilla Morty Yeah but when the songs hush mentioned were being made that spoils you to a deeper sound and when they change again its like going from eating healthy to eating junk and you start feeling miserable and missing the better stuff. Lol that's the only example I could think of right now. But I understand you. It's just a bummer. They are still one of my favorite bands ever though and that's not gonna change. Love their sound and there's really not a song by them I don't like. There is defintly some I like more than others but I still like them all.

Listening to this album, I can't help but wonder if someone went through a tough relationship. Yeah, they had quite a few songs referencing love in the past, but it's this whole album that gives off that vibe to me. In any case, this is an amazing album and I cannot thank my boyfriend enough for buying it for me! Been a loyal fan for 6 years now and I'll never tire of their music~ I love you guys! :DD

These people in the comments be whining about the "old 69 eyes" but I don't think you notice how they seemed to change a lot between albums. "Wasting the Dawn"/ "Paris Kills"/ "Blessed Be" are nothing like "Devils"/ "Angels", and that's nothing like "Back in Blood", and _that's_ nothing like "X", which is nothing like "Universal Monsters." Bands like to experiment and try new things, I know I'm not the only musician here who knows that.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this song. Or the album. People that hate on it are probably those that wear a band shirt and only listen to the bands songs that manage to chart. They don't listen to their entire albums, or actually listen to the words of the songs to see the deeper meaning. If you don't like it go listen to something you DO like.
