I think Ferrari fits better under pride, because the brand is so overprotective and sensitive about its image, and has had an overinflated ego since the very beginning. In fact, some of the biggest supercar companies today exist because their founders talked to Enzo Ferrari, who basically told them that they would never be able to make a car near as good or better than a Ferrari, resulting in them founding a company to spite him (for example, Lamborghini). That is also how the Ford GT40 was made.

Currently, their car lineup has to be quite souless (mostly sedans and suvs) and are not what fanboys and car enthusiasts would like to buy. Ever since the GT-R ceased production, the best and only proper driver's car from Nissan was the new Z, which to add insult to injury, is a 370Z with a newly designed body. Nissan was meant to be a brand focusing on performance and putting smiles to drivers' faces (models like the Silvia, Skyline GT-R, and the Z-car lineup), and the fact the brand transitioned to creating *mostly* commuter cars is what makes Nissan nowadays a boring brand to car enthusiasts.

Tbh, I feel like Lamborghini fits Wrath better than it does Lust. The only reason it exists as a car company is because Ferruccio Lamborghini got pissed at Enzo Ferrari after being told he didn't know the first thing about making a good car. On top of that, a lot of those older Lamborghinis have a really vicious feeling to them, like they'll bite your head off at any moment.

Here are the market cap stats as of 2024: Tesla: $583 billion Toyota: $323 billion BYD (A giant Chinese company that started by making batteries and evolved into making Tesla-rivalling EVs): $74 billion Stellantis (The company that owns Fiat/Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Dodge, Citroen among others): $66 billion. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point. This isn't 'glazing'. This is a set of verifiable facts. Why do you think most car companies are trying to improve their EVs? That's because those certain models are limited in production and they have to use some kind of criteria to allocate these cars, they just can't allocate ir to a random person who isn't even interested in their cars, that's why they give it to one of their existing vip customers. This is not a Ferrari only thing, other brands like Ford, Porsche, McLaren, Lamborghini also do it.
