The Kybalion was written in 1908 (not a long time ago). SOME of it reconciles to the Hermetic teachings and the Emerald Tablets. Some of the principles do not. They are from a guy from the 1700s. Maybe just be clear about that otherwise people will think Hermes had as part of his ancient wisdom these 7 principles and the Kybalion

The most peculiar dream I ever had was a very lucid dream. I was floating in an abstract house that belonged to a friend, and he was there with me, also aware that we were dreaming, I took the time to stop where I was and concentrate into a single space and moment, and suddenly the whole reality round me began to transform. I could feel my entire body vibrating on a molecular level, and I heard a very distinct "ohm" sound that was shaking me to my core. As I heard this a singular point opened in my vision, even though my eyes were closed (even in the dream) It was an expanding point of focus, and saw an eye looking at me. It felt like it was looking into me, and I felt a great presence and was terrified by what I was comprehending. I only managed to say "Who are you?" and at that point the imagery split open like a kaleidoscope, each space a different eye all staring, watching me. I woke up and shot out of bed into a seated position, and my vision was very blurry, like after a heavy LSD or mushroom, trip. Everything was spacey and rippling, and it subsided slowly, but I will never forget that dream as long as I live.

That was a really great basic understanding. I was shown this way of life a couple years ago and I am only starting to understand the basics of each principle. I think sitting on each one for a period of time is helpful, there are millions of examples shown to us everyday. I think learning to be aware is the first step. Great video, thank you.

What are some things did you during each period and when did you know yourself to move on to the next law? (I’m very curious and would like to hear from someone who has been at it ?
@imchef174 ай бұрын
@@Starkk-ic9cj Hi, thanks for the inquiry ... It's all quite bizarre really ... You should already know what the laws are as you're growing up without knowing what they are if that makes any sense ... Cause and effect ... we know there are rewards and consequences to our actions. Gender - That's mother and father Rhythm - you go with the flow because going against it makes it difficult Vibration - What feels Polarity - There is an opposite to everything Correspondence - We are apart of and created by God Mentalism - Our reality is first a thought You will have your own examples of when you were growing up. I didn't even know what these words meant until I came across them and they just made sense. I didn't know how I understood it but I did because they have always been there. I think this comes to you when you have already done some serious work on yourself. I spent 12 years in and out of mental institutions but took on board and learnt self awareness to quite a degree, enough to find this. So my awareness came out of existentialism and finding meaning in my chaos and then understanding individualism and living by that. Polarity was my real first learning, I found the exact opposite to the way my life was and now I'm a mental health care professional specialising in behaviour. Never ever did I think that was gona happen I thought I'd be fucked for the rest of my life. It still blows my mind to this day where I am today. It's already written out before we are born. There is evidence in that as well. The lessons that continuously pop up until they are properly dealt with don't go away. We sure notice the ones we learn pretty quickly. I hope this isn't too much to read. It is helpful for me talking about this because not many people I'm around understand this concept. Thank you for asking I actually really appreciate it. I hope it was helpful for you as well.

I am the Thrice Great Grandmother. All IS HEART. These principles of Hermes are left-brain teachings. Albert Einstein said, "Religion without Science is Blind; Science without religion is LAME. Science and Religion have married in the Church of Profitsea, which is based on Einstein's cosmic religion. New Trinity: Happy, Healthy and Wealthy. These are not OLD Laws. These are ETERNAL Laws. They were available in Hermes time, and they were also available in 1776 when Adam Smith penned The Wealth of Nations. (Read it sometime.) Again in 1905, Max Planck (the father of quantum physics) pointed out "There's no such thing as matter." We are getting closer and closer to recognizing the TRUTH. I AM GOD.

Do you assume intelligence is strictly a human concept? Wow. Someone lacks self awareness. Animals aren't one trick ponies. They have nuance, feelings, thoughts, etc. Just like humans. Its you that refuses to understand them. Not the other way around. We all start as children and live to grow. We all start at different places. But humans are animals. Anything abstract about us we can conceivably have, they can as well. Because I will point out to you that most humans are, in fact, lacking in any semblance of intelligence. Otherwise we wouldn't need warning labels, laws, governments, police, soldiers, etc.

since you're asking honestly - religions and their texts are a combination of psychological teachings and retellings of things that have happened on Earth ( Tower of Babylon = humans parting ways, Flood = constant floods in the region, for two examples ). Basically - it just happened and altered evolutionary timelines.
@galegreyson419626 күн бұрын
@@lynxthewise7233 Hmmm. “It just happened and altered evolutionary timelines.” This can be reduced to the concept that the universe at large with all its component parts hurtles through space and time creating a vast interplay of forces and influences acting upon each other so that there is very little in our control or “choice.” The ancient word for it was fate. My philosophy is Stoicism in which one teaching is “the thoughts dye the soul;” but are the thoughts really a choice or a byproduct of evolution? That is, a byproduct of the momentum of the flow of interacting events, causes, and reactions. Therefore, if I embrace Stoicism and concepts like “the thoughts dye the soul,” was I already predestined to it because of “nature and nurture” forces? Many people, including some physicists, have concluded there is no free will, and the universe will unfold on the path it’s on. Just thoughts.
