Tashi Delek Wangmo la. My parents are also from Kham and in particular Markham, Batang area. What region of Kham are you from? One correction. Sure old Tibet was materially backward and hadn’t caught up to modernity but not culturally and spiritually with advanced philosophy, written language, and splendid history of great empires. Tibetan studies and spiritual traditions are taught, known and respected all over the world and in best universities in the world. That we Tibetans should be very proud of.
@wangmoandherfriends5225 Жыл бұрын
The Tibet Autonomous Region has also gradually modernized in material terms, and its cultural and spiritual traditions have been well inherited.

I have some questions, please answer 1) Are you follow buddhism or other religion, 2) In India Buddhist people eat non veg food, Tibet living buddhist people Veg or non veg eaters?? 3) Is there freedom for religious practices in China?? 4) what is the name for Brahmaputra River called by Native Tibetan people?
@wangmoandherfriends5225 Жыл бұрын
1)I believe in Tibetan Buddhism. 2)Tibetan Buddhist believers rarely eat vegetarian food. Our belief allows them to eat beef and mutton. On the grasslands in northern Tibet, the main food is beef and mutton, milk, tsamba, and sweet tea. 3)Of course, there is freedom to believe in various religions, such as Catholicism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and Taoism; There is also freedom not to believe in religion. The vast majority of Tibetans in China believe in Tibetan Buddhism, while the majority of Chinese believe in local Confucianism, Taoism, and primitive gods, such as the sea god Mazu, the LandGod, and the Shaman god. Communists who believe in communism cannot believe in anything else, because communism is also a belief. 4)It's called Yarlung Zangbo River.
@wsmithe2209 Жыл бұрын
@@wangmoandherfriends5225 - By the way, many communist members also practice Buddhism, Taoism, Islam and Christianity. Many are also atheist. Communist is a governor system not religious. Try not to read too much into western news.

Tibetan and Han are the same race but different culture.
@wangmoandherfriends52252 жыл бұрын
@Ysmine Agila The important reason is that I have been studying since childhood. After graduation, I worked in Lhasa. I did not have the experience of grazing on the grassland for a long time, so I did not become plateau red. Of course, pay attention to skin maintenance at ordinary times, which is also one of the factors of white skin.
@vajraheart6052 Жыл бұрын
@@user-Void-Star Not. So by your definition all whites are same race. All blacks are same and all Asians are same such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese. Then sure 😂. BTW Tibetans and Han Chinese are more different in every aspects than Japanese and Koreans to Chinese.
