This is outstanding, mature and beautiful advice. Thank you James. I've found out most of this through trial and error and this is just right on! I've had one bad trip and it was because it came on so fast, I resisted. I didn't "surrender" and it was awful! 2-3 Hours of hellish psychosis! You can't fight it except through time. Trust and surrender! when the love overtakes you it may be the most beautiful experience of your life. A love so profound that you never knew even existed.

I've done psycedelics for years. Recently, I used them for therapy and had a spiritual awakening. Possibly a kundalini awakening too. Unfortunately, they are almost never fun anymore. Maybe they are telling me to take a break

If ots not fun then what's the point? It's meant to be an incredible/ profound / healing / comforting / enlightening and sometimes scary thing. Once it's become dull you know it's not really serving your highest good anymore. Just running on autopilot. Respect the musshies and they'll respect you. Turn them into something mundane and you may not get the results you wanted. Hope that helps.

I try to micro dose twice a week simce a month and a half ago with maybe a 1g trip once a month since early june. I also have just started going to church again at least two Sundays a month and the last 2 masses were on a micro dose which made it even better and i felt more connected during my prayers than other times.​@@travissimpson7829

I did exactly this went with my mates to a farm on a mountain all eucalyptus trees picked the mushrooms and ate them fresh all different types of active mushrooms and we sat on a hill had a crazy trip it was my first time actually tripping and played some music by Jarrod wright and the world became so small and I felt like nothing but what I got from the trip is we are all the same and all are equal and amount to cow shit as bad as it may sound it brought me peace just staring into the mountains that who knows what created the only thing in this life that makes sense is nothing makes sense

Hi James, love the way you explain everything, it’s so clear and easy to follow, so! I’m new at this done it about 4 times so far, I have very difficult time the first hour and halve, it’s very hard for me to focus to what it’s presented to me, it’s boring and all I wanted to do is try to control the situation, but listening to you I have a new idea of how to do it next time, I have a question if you could answer for me please, on the fight after 3 hours on all my trips all I see is lines, like energy, I haven’t see anything but lines, is really weird, on all my trips is like that, My wife can see animals and lots of colors and all kinds of things, is there a reason for this? I resonated with this video, especially the part about taking notes on next actions, really capturing the ideas that the mushrooms give you. I did that the first time I ever used them, and reading those original notes back still gives me chickenskin sometimes ^_^
